Ordered a guitar from ebay, and I put the wrong address. I was watching the delivery status cause I was excited for it to get here. There was an error cause the address I put was for the nursing home beside my house. I noticed it immediately, and my girlfriend called and told them what happened. They wouldnt deliver it even tho they were less than 3 minutes away. They told us that there was a chance it would be here that night if not it would be there in the morning, so now the next day its still in the Chattanooga fedex department, and wont be shipped until tomorrow. which makes no sense

My package should have arrived yesterday (had paid extra since it is a Christmas gift) but when I tracked it I saw it would arrive today. It needed a signature, so someone had to stay home at all times from noon to 8:00 PM. At 9 PM I called and they said they had "too many packages to deliver today" and that it would come some time tomorrow! Tomorrow is the 24th of December, and I guess I will have to stay home again! I really, really hate this company, its terrible delivery service and its non-existent customer service.

Worst experience ever. Ive never shipped anything before and needed help to figure it out. Was told I payed for the 4 day delivery but after 8 days my live plants havent made it yet. Im sure Im out about $500. Ginseng aint cheep. Thanks a lot FedEx. Will NEVER use FedEx again. Stay away if your smart.

Without navigation this place can be hard to find. You have to take the westgate exit from I240. You also have to exit using this street which means you have to out of your way to get back on to I240 going West. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I went there to ship a painting, they said it would be 460 to ship it. I went around the corner literally to the UPS and shipped it for 207, there is no explanation for why it would be over twice the price to ship.

I SHIPPED 65lbs to Alaska.....arrived one day early!! This has happened 2 times. Id recommend FedEx on Patton Ave. A little hard to find if your not a local....
