If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They were hired to deliver my paychecks which used to be delivered by UPS by 11am every Friday for years without a hitch. Then my payroll company hired this company and on the first delivery.. 1pm employees start coming in looking for their paycheck... which were not yet delivered. I called Sonic they told me they would be there in 1 hour that they had a new driver. Here I am at 5:30pm still waiting for my paychecks and angry employees in my lobby while I sit on the phone listening to Sonics hold commercial and how much they care about customer service... HA! ABSOLUTE WORST COURIER!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Worst courier service ever. Glad the medication that I was supposed to have three days ago isnt life saving! Said theyve tried to deliver it three times and finally got someone on the phone who told me the address was not valid...funny that I get mail there every single day! Also said theyve called me twice but I have no missed calls on my phone and no messages. UPDATE - Well, google reviews are helpful at times. The Sales Manager called me, apologized profusely and made sure I received the package. I now have my package. I stand by original post but appreciate Jeffs efforts to rectify the situation.

Most unreliable company ever, day after day you sit home waiting for delivery. They always have a different story to tell, wish the employees would get it together. One says dont worry, no signature required, another says it is required, they say driver will call a half hour before deliver, no he does not. This will result in my never doing business with Claremont Pharmacy again if this is the type people they choose to work with.

This is the worst company ever!!! They are never on time. They say they have delivered your package but nobody can find it. They could care less about you, your business or your package. Their drivers drive old beat up cars and they cant speak English. I dont want to give them one star but its the only way to get this posted. I hope I never have anything delivered by them again. NEVER!!!

This company is a joke theyre so cheap because theres a 50% chance you delivery will end up at the wrong place and if you call customer support you can be sure youll be waiting for at least 10 minutes and then youll be lucky if you do not get disconnected whenever someone does pick up, oh and also no one there speaks English very well so good luck trying to explain anything to them.
