Absolutely appalling service. This is the third time that a door tag was left with no instructions or notes on it. At the same time, the driver never scanned in the door tag, so neither corporate nor this branch claims that the package even exists (even though this branch address is on the door tag itself). The worst part is that I work out of home and always see when the fedex guy comes by for delivery. He doesnt ring the door bell or even attempt to sign over the package. He slaps on the un-scanned door tag and runs away, leaving me to physically drive 30minutes to the branch depot to prove that my package is real, since I cant ever get a reattempt at a (by their words) "nonexistent package."

Went in yesterday evening around 730 to pickup a packaged that I had missed at home. I entered the store and there were two workers at the counter both with customers. Honestly reading the reviews while looking up the address for the location I wasnt expecting the best. They both finished with their customers at the same time. Both of them greeted me warmly and both were smiling. Dawn helped me quickly and was fantastic. Peggy that was working with her was also very sweet. I would go back to this location again it was very clean inside and both Dawn and Peggy were great not only with me but with both of the customers ahead of me!

These people working at this particular facility are some of the most shadiest unethical delivery people ever imagined. They delivered a package and clearly forged the signature saying it was picked up do to laziness, lack of motivation, and lack of morals. The Fedex guy supposed to go back the next day pick up the package from the person he supposidly gave it to. Did he do it. Hell no, on top of it he messed up the person name when forged there signature. We know exactly whose signature he forge or try to. Fedex reply is sorry have whoever send you another package and it sucks to be in your shoes. Good bye!!!

Looks like Im not the only one having trouble with this location. Was told by a customer service representative my package would be at one location today. When I show up only to be told it ended up at another and that the other location closes in 10 mins... how do they offer to fix the problem? Youd think they could send it to my home or work address to make up for their mistake? No... "call back tomorrow and see if its here." Unacceptable

Ive never NOT waited more than 20 minutes. This most recent time I was standing right in front of the lady and she thought i was with someone else, so i just stood there... and finally said something....then I asked for the cheapest shipping with tracking on a smallish 2 lb package.....$18.00, here is your receipt...and wouldnt you know it...no tracking! I will never return and will tell everyone i know never to return.

Again terrible customer service. Its not even just this store its FEDEX as a whole. Their customer service reps that you call after they leave a door tag dont even have phone numbers for the individual branches, she kept telling us the only phone number they have is the one we just called...youre telling me that a multi-billion dollar company doesnt have phone lines for their retail locations? B.S.

The worst, they delivered my package to the wrong address then sent the driver back and he moved it from the side door to the front door of the wrong address. They sent him back again and he brought it back to the shipping center and continued to tell me the address they took it to was the right address even though they verified the address on my ID. I live in an apartment with no side door!

One person working and waited forever just to be served. A rotund gentleman came from the back office just to chat with the single person who was handling the line. From now on, Im going to make sure I pack the boxes and labels myself to avoid the line, and going to UPS and USPS because they are much closer. Unfortunately, the item I returned came with a FedEx label.

Lied about delivery. Waited all day. No knock at the door. No door tag. I had to check my tracking on my phone. To my surprise and disbelief and anger it Stated "customer not home/ business closed" sounds like a lazy delivery person who didnt want to do their job. I was home ALL day. My apartment leasing office was also open all day!! But you lied.

Refused to open the doors and let me get my package even when I had talked to them on the phone 20 MINUTES PRIOR. THEY were the ones to suggest to me to pick up my package after they closed and when I get there THEY LOCKED THE DOORS AND IGNORED ME. Waved their arms and said "Were closed!", the same lady i talked to on the phone...WTF.

I spent 2 hours going between this location and another one 30 minutes away. The staff at this location was rude and I waited for 15 minutes before asking the only lady up front to call for help. If I actually explained the whole situation you would not believe me, it was absurd.

The woman behind the counter was friendly and knew what she was doing. She gave me options for my shipping, answered all my questions, and double checked everything before i paid. There was a small line since she was there by herself but i was in and out within 10 - 15 minutes.

I can see why you are getting so many bad reviews. I had a carpet delivered rather dropped on my sidewalk(no knock or doorbell) that was not mine . I have had to call twice and they still have not picked it up. I only live a little more than a mile.

I had merchandise delivered from India with a customs duties. Trying to find a place to pay my duties. Needless to say I knew once I walked in. I felt I was not welcomed. Nobody should ever feel that way. I got stares, dirty looks and smart remarks.

This place was horrible! They didnt deliver my package in 2 days as I paid for, and then left a not on my door with the wrong hours for their ship center so by the time I had gotten there they had already been closed for an hour and a half.

Waited for 30 minutes while they searched for the package. Finally, they came back to let me know the driver left it on his truck and it went back to Memphis. Now, we have to wait for them to get it back. What a waste of time.

Calvin and the FedEx team made special arrangements to allow me to pickup the package at the store after closing hours due a timing issue. They were accommodating and I am very impressed with their willingness to help out!
