Drive the extra few miles to the Easley store! The staff there is so much more friendlier and helful! Ive dropped off packages here at Powdersville a few times, some quite large and not once has any staff member offer to help. Its not easy carrying a 60 lbs large package and open the door when you dont have a third hand. Ive never seen anyone in this store even offer a smile! Serious lack of customer service skills!

We have a box there and paid for 6 months of service and when we got the box they told us that they would email us when we had mail and that the mail would be in the boxes by 1pm at the latest. None of this has yet to happen. Im not happy with this place and not to mention that they are not friendly at all. I will be checking with good Sams club to get mail system with them instead. Good Sams club is great.

The younger lady was friendly and trying to be helpful, the older leafy came out and was unfriendly and unhelpful, and didnt seem to want us in the store. The amount per hour to sign in to their computer is $5 ..all other ups stores are $1. Thats a huge jump!! She said it was the owner whom charged that much. Needless to say ill take my business elsewhere.
