I arrived at this location with multiple heavy packages to ship. I brought the first one in and notified the staff that I have a few more in the car and they jumped out of their seats to come to my car to help me carry the packages in. You dont see customer service like this anymore anywhere. They care and are very concerned about the experience that you as a customer will have. Will be using them for all of my shipping and printing needs!

By far the most helpful and courteous customer service I have experienced at a retail location. I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I dont know much about shipping but the manager Andrew walked me through step by step to make sure my package got there safely and on time! Will definitely be using them to update and re-print my business cards!

Got here and the hours were apparently changed from 9-5 to 9-3. I could tell by the classy update to their hours using white out.
