This FedEx substation is absolutely the worst Ive ever dealt with in my shipping life. LIsten to this one...was on hod through the operator for 13 minutes, during the prime hours of the day...NO FRICKIN ANSWER! And this was the second call of the day, earlier in the day my operator and myself just gave up on the call...no answer. NO answer at a FedEx facility????? Then we get the manager at that facility finally to answer the phone and she tells my FedEx rep that "everybody has gone out to lunch"????? ITS 4:30 PM CST!!!!!!!!! So thats a lie...the entire workforce at a FedEx shipping facility is at lunch? No way, sell that to somebody else. FedEx needs to take a good hard look at this weak link. All these bad reviews are earned. And I pray to The Lord when I get an ebay buyer who lives in NY and has to have their package go through this horror show of a facility. My package has been there now 5 days, sitting somewhere, on the floor, in an office, maybe somebodys lunch table in the back room...who knows where. Do I have to put a NY disclaimer on my ebay sales such as "all bidders welcome with open arms, except you in NY. your package may or may not be delivered...so be fair warned." All the FEdEX reps on the phone that you get from customer service to trace officers are stellar, I love them. No problem whatsoever with them in Idaho and other parts. Keasby, NJ IS THE WEAK LINK IN THE FEDEX CHAIN, MANAGEMENT. Take a look at this hub with a magnifying glass. And add to this frustration, my NY buyer calls me wondering what the hell is going on because he cant get any answers either. So Im in the middle of a transaction that I have zero responsibility. Now Im spending my time and effort chasing down a package that I paid good money to have smooth sailing through the process. Can I give no stars? Heads should roll at the Keasby, NJ facility. FedEx...listen up. Youre going to lose valued long-term ebay customers like myself if you dont clean up your messes. I cannot spend effort packaging up larger packages professionally, take them to my wonderful Kansas City Front St. facility and have it all ruined by Keasby, NJ poor performer. There are tens of thousands of "me" out there who have bad experiences with FedEX and are thinking of trying out UPS or somebody else. They may not be any better, granted, but thats revenue youll lose while were all trying them out for a year. Why risk losing our business? Taking care of current customers is priority #1, not seeking new customers because old ones walk out the door...retaining the good ones, consistent ones you already have SHOULD BE tops of the list. Go ahead, call Keasby, NJ and put your timer on it.

Deplorable customer service. Took me 1 hour to pick up my package from this location! This after I told them not to deliver it to my house, and they tried anyway, forcing me to drive to this location instead of the location they were supposed to drop it off at. Arrived to the customer service office, only 3 chairs and a phone in the office, no people. Picked up the phone, rings, rings, after 5 minutes, no answer. Asked security if they could help, they told me to keep calling. Rang for 5 more minutes, then hung up and called customer service. 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, the rep called 4 people, no answer. Back and forth with her, ultimately, I had no option other than to wait. Used the mystery phone again, no answer. Asked security to intervene and they called a few numbers with no luck. They told me a girl that does customer service just arrived, and she should pick up in a few minutes. Waited 5 more minutes and called again, finally an answer. Then waited 15 more minutes to receive my package. Really terrible customer service, they have to get their act together. The place also looks like a dump. Total time spent: 1 hour to pick up a package.

My package (a muffler) has been "so called" lost at this facility since 8/11/15. I received an email indicating my package would be delivered on 8/11/15. It is now, 8/14/15 and package is still hiding itself. FedEx staff to include the manager, has no idea where my muffler is. I could understand if this was a small item, such as a gasket, but this is a muffler. How does one lose a muffler? Seriously, HOW??? I have tried on several occasions to get assistance in finding this package, its been like communicating with a two year old. (very low attention span and the level of understanding regarding the importance of this issue has been equal to putting air in a ball with a hole in it). Going forward, I will make it my business to use companies that provide optional carriers for shipping purposes. FedEx will not be an option of choice. Where is the compensation and who should be held accountable for my package being lost? Im sure Im not the first customer you have lost and at this rate I know I wont be the last. All I ask it that my package (MUFFLER) been found and delivered ASAP!!!

I sent my boyfriend his television to his new college in New Jersey from Los Angeles. They tried to deliver the package at 4ampn a Friday, so of course the college isnt going to accept it because their mailroom has its own business hours. So the package was sent back to the ship facility a city away. My boyfriend got a ride to the facility the next day on Saturday, being told by a FedEx customer service representative over the phone that this facility is open on Saturdays and it is accessible to the public. It was neither accessible to the public nor open. He spent 10 minutes on the phone outside of this facility trying to figure out why he was told he can pick up his package there but actually cant. They said they would try to deliver it again Monday and so far, FedEx doesnt really seem to care if we get our package delivered or not. We already paid them so I guess thats all they care about. Going UPS next time I need to shop something: you get what you pay for.
