I booked a delivery of my mothers car from Michigan to Florida today. Hours after I did this I found out that the people who were to meet them couldnt do it with such short notice and they said I had to do the delivery on the dates they gave. I called to cancel the delivery and they said fine but would not return my money i put down. Nothing on there page with Uship said there was no refund with a cancellation. I was dealing with Jackie who was rude and was not professional at all. They do have bad reviews but I went with the good reviews and set it up anyway. I am very sorry for doing this and will never use them again because I am now out of $200.00 and being disabled this will hurt because I needed that money for another delivery company. Jackie also said they didnt have any bad reviews which I thought was wrong of him to say being i decided to use them anyway and I am very sorry I did. He offered no other help to resolve this except to say many times over my money is not refundable!

Car Shipping Carriers did a phenomenal job with setting up the shipping of my Jeep. I called at 4:00pm on a Friday to have the car picked up that day after the dealer told me they would not be able to ship it until Monday. Nick was able to find someone to ship the car and have it to me the next day at 2:00pm. I was able to get my car two days sooner thanks to Car Shipping Carriers. Everything from setting up the shipping to receiving the vehicle went smoothly, and the entire shipping process was handled with great professionalism. Thank you!

This company doesnt actually ship the vehicle. They work as a broker with other car companies and provide your information to them then have the companies contact you with different quotes. The customer service was good, but this is not what I was expecting when I called. I was expecting that this company is actually the one that ships the vehicle. Slightly misleading.
