Worst customer service.. Had a call on Monday let them know I live on a second floor and still make me waste my time and the drivers time, because then after the merchandise arrived I was advised they dont deliver it to my doorstep. After I decided that the item cant stay obviously on the first floor, driver took it back without a notice there will be a re delivery fee of $128, WHAT!. Now I talk to several people even the Manager and they couldnt help me. After finally contact the company I bought my item, I needed to wait for her call back. The person doing the scheduling had been rude to a point where I had been hanged up and not finish explaining. And prior to that I was told by the same person; do you want it or not (with attitude). She still make the scheduling when I told her to cancel. Is my time when Im trying to find a way to get this item to my home and she keep calling and keep I telling her that I need to figure this thing out to a point that I got the store manager from where the item was order working out something for me. Where ever came the mistake, Im looking for some sense of customer service. Now I got to wait to call this following Monday to see where we headed at.

I receive shipments at an office in Lakeland for work. We did not receive a shipment from UPS freight that was suppose to deliver last Thursday. When we called, they said no one was at the office. If they did come by, they never knocked. Since it was urgent to receive this shipment, I drove to the UPS freight hub in Tampa to pick it up. I called the morning before I came and they said both pallets would be ready by 10:30am. I showed up 5:20pm and spent nearly 2 hours waiting for the second pallet to be found. Talked to 6 people asking for help during the entire wait time, and everyone disappeared and never came back with answers. I will never come back to pick up a shipment. Would rather make them take the time to deliver again.

DO NOT USE UPS LTL. They have a huge legalese contract that will screw you over as either a shipper or receiver, or even the company of origin. Their network destroyed a $8000 piece of furniture, they didnt cover any of the damages and refered me to page 27 of my contract to show they dont cover damages on oversize shipments. If that wasnt bad enough they are now SUING ME for the cost of shipping the piece of furniture they destroyed and admitted destroying on their BOL.

do not use this place. i had a small pack delivered. Went to pick it up and woman at front desk would not look for package without tracking no. even though it had been received. Came back on Monday w/ no, and package was gone. They never found it or contacted me about replacement. Worst service i have ever witnessed.

Made two different appointments. Only one number was given and they never called. Showed up day of pickup and they said they needed time to pull the trailer and find package. Come back 3 HOURS later and they say they didnt know i had even stopped by earlier. These people need to get their game together.
