I ordered a new laptop computer from HP to replace my laptop with a non-working monitor. I also ordered a 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter, a carrying case and extended warranty. Each of the items arrived in separate packaging and at different times. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it became necessary to return the entire order. HP Customer Service said that FEDEX would send me a label, which arrived shortly by email. I printed out the label and brought it to the closest FEDEX office. Fedex provided an oversize box and packing material, at a cost to me of almost $15.00. The receipt asked for feedback, which I provided stating my dissatisfaction with the cost, as returns were supposed to be free to the customer. In addition to packaging, I delivered the items to FEDEX driving about 25 miles. I completed a survey and stated my dissatisfaction. The next day, a manager for the district KINKOS-FEDEX office called and apologized and stated that SCOTT who was the store manager would call me and refund my $15.00. Needless to say I never heard from any “Scott” the next day and probably never will. Not satisfied with service or FEDEX.

they were HELPFULL & knowledgeable when i was there i save my file as PDF . i went to other stores to print it on glossy paper they could not print it they didnt even try to change format and try to print it . went to FedEx office i told the person behind counter what do i need and he print in few minutes if i need any printing i know where to go now

If you need help with anything while your there, then only go during the day when their tech is present. If you at night youll only be frustrated by not having the great service that you normally have during the day with a tech present. And they have recently taken away some of their machines so printing is not is to quality as it used to be

A tucked away location, but all the services that are needed are made available. Staff is typically friendly and helpful and Ive never had a problem. Watch the drivers in the parking lot, they dont pay attention and occasionally the Big FedEx truck blocking the area is annoying, but once inside, service is good.

Came to this location yesterday. Had to ship out a broken product back to the manufacturer. The guy at the front desk was polite, helpful and literally did everything for me. He measured my items, packed it all for me and I was out of here in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and great customer service.
