I posted a new listing on our MLS Realtor Database and within hours I received a Ready to Go Template of a "Just Listed" Postcard. The email said, Ready to Go, just accept your Postcard and it will be mailed within 48 hours. The Postcard was mailed out to all of the neighbors in the neighborhood the very next day! Due to my mailing area, I received my copy in my mailbox one day later. I couldnt believe it. Could it really have been made that easy for me? The presentation was professional, glossy, and would grab your attention. The next day, I received a phone call from a neighbor. They had received my postcard in the mail. My first experience was very good and I have used you over the years and have been very happy. I was out of real estate because of the market for 7 years but decided to go back in and called Prospect Plus for some help with marketing and was very disappointed with your company the lady I spoke with really was not interested in helping me at all, I am not a pro at the computer and need help and she was really not interested in helping me. She told me to just do it. I gave up and looked else where for help in my marketing, Still was afraid to go with another company no sure what I was getting into with my credit card. Decided two days ago to call Prospect again to see if they could help me, Billy Allen was my life saver, he was so good and had all the patience in the world with me and walked me thru and gave me ideas to my newsletter and even is going to help me put my picture on the news letter tonight. I was very pleased with how management and my marketing rep handled an urgent request! I would give them 5 stars as they were able to stop a mailing including the card production after a seller asked me not to mail to immediate vicinity (2 business days later!). They also gave me a gift card so that I could re-create the card and mail to new market. The seller had approved the card, but did not tell me he did not want neighbors to know. We decided on a high income demographic and he was pleased. If it werent for Prospects Plus immediate attention I could have lost this listing! They are on it even though they have a ton of business! I have over 25 years in real estate and I will use them again as part of my new marketing plan in the area I just moved to! Kathy

After searching through and calling 4 of my companies prefered vendors, I was frustrated I could not find one who could provide all of what I was seeking. Invariably someone would not have a mailing list for my area, or not provide for dual agents information, or not have the template I was seeking. I am a person that likes things tailored more for my area as its unique. I did two large postcards and found the color didnt come out the way it looked like it would and they had what I now know is "banding" through the color. Well I wanted to do a 12 x 15 newsletter and didnt want this on such a large piece. I spoke with Hayley and she was wonderful. She ran print tests for me and between her and her printers help with colors we got the color right and I was taught what needed to be done to avoid the banding. I have recently registered with ProspectsPlus and so far the experience has been great. I played with using all three ways of getting a mailing list and am really excited to use these features more in the future. I have also created a postcard to mail to said mailing list. Creating the postcard was very easy. I do wish they had more font options but the fonts that are available are all easy to read ones. Also, the finished product cost almost .60 each including the cost of mailing. This is higher than my local company but apparently there are ways to track my mailer and Im excited to see if it is a higher quality. I will update when the postcards have been mailed.

Working with Lacey and Ramona has been great. Today Lacey called to follow up on an expired listing kit that I ordered that never arrived. Instead of me calling her and waiting on hold like every other company; she called me first, to say that Prospect Plus! was on top of it and that they were sorry. After she coordinated the logistics, five minutes later, she called back with the new arrival date and a gift card for the inconvenience. Although it was unfortunate that my expired listing kit was lost, it was a great opportunity for Lacey and Ramona to show they were pay attention and that they care. Thanks again ladies.

In todays world of online leads (which are very important) old fashoined marketing still works and always will! I have had a client or prospect call me for an appointment and when I get there I ask how did you get my name? They will pull out a newsletter or recipe card post marked 7 years ago!
