Horrible, once again Chris cant find my address......smh and then called 1800 # to figure the problem and lady told me its there and get there before 8 to pick up.... get there and lady tells me the check out guy left already and I wont be able to get it till Monday....i asked what bout you or any other person working then and she said their not going to do it..... this place is a complete joke and wish Amazon wouldnt use ups anymore.

was awaiting important package - the driver puts the sticker on my door saying nobody home and drives away like a madman all within 15 seconds - giving me zero chance to get to my door and get my package - obviously rushing to get all his stuff delivered so he can go screw off somewhere instead of giving customers zero time to answer door because he never even knocked or rang doorbell

I was at the UPS center in Bradenton today and this amazing woman took the time to help me organize my package, I was sending a care package to my sister in college and lets just say it wasnt well packed. This lady, Iris, took the time to show me how to pack a box and got everything shipped off to my sister in no time what so ever. Fantastic Service

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I dont even know why its called the "customer" center. The service here is literally the worst service anywhere. If you have a say in it order FedEx. This place gives UPS a bad name.

My package was marked out for delivery at 4:57am this morning. It is now 5;40pm and still no ups. i have been trying to call the office for the past hour and the phone is always busy

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. In fact, she was more helpful than the customer service reps that I had spent all night arguing with the night before.

Had the worst and most inconsiderate service from the front desk woman .. To the point she made me feel threatened that if I said anything she would refuse my package.

Our package was delivered when we werent home to sign for it and they were so accommodating and allowed me to go and pick it up at this location later that evening

My package is hanging out on my gate in the rain. The driver saw me at the front door and refused to bring it to me. Bad service but what can you do.
