My husband and I went to one of your stores today and the customer service was awe-inspiringly bad. We had two goals and twenty minutes which should have been more than sufficient. 1. Mail a package 2. Print an essay. 1. My husband went to the kiosk and a woman came over and began to show him how to fill out the online forms. Another woman behind the counter asked a question and the first lady - call her Brunette - walked over to answer the question telling my husband shed be right back. She answered her co-workers question - coworker is called Brenda - she eventually failed to help me - and then did not go back to my husband. Instead she served seven other people first and he eventually had to physically grab her as she was walking by him to an eighth to get her to finish the process. 2. I went to Brenda and told her I needed an essay printed off a gig stick. She did not know how to find the stick, how to open the file, how to print the file - and she also stopped in the middle of talking to me to serve two other customers. When she finally did give me the file in print format my debit card was declined - I had entered the wrong pin, my bad, but as I reached for my wallet to get a different card she walked away completely. I never saw her again and ended up paying up front at the registry. Whole thing took 45 minutes and we were late to our next appt. I attempted to follow this up with the Office Depot chat service and that dropped the connection three times. So olay, Staples for me from now on. Cheaper there anyway.

Jesus Christ. Talking about high pricing. I quickly wanted a aux cable to plug my phone into my car radio - something that will cost you 2 bucks online - but since I needed it fast I googled the next place that had one. Up came best buy with 15$!! Are you kidding me?? Ill just copy that part to a best buy review. So back to topic: office depot had the cable for 6$ which is still a lot but half the price of best buy. Went thru the doors, asked for a cable and the guy took me straight to exactly what I needed.

If youre going to run a business, your employees should know how to use a gift card. I spent my whole lunch break going to get what I needed and the girl was rude and couldnt check me out. Nor did she care to ask anyone. So I walked out. I wish I would have just battled Woodruff Rd and gone to Staples.

Staff was scarce during my visit. I walked the whole store twice and then waited to speak to an employee at checkout. I asked for location of an item and basically was directed to a corner of the store. (?) Walked store 2 more times and still no one. I gave up and went to Best Buy.

HORRIBLE staff. Worst staff in the city of Greenville. Most likely in the state of South Carolina. Incredibly lazy and quite stupid. No knowledge of the product and they walk past certain customers and will not lift a finger to help them. But will help the customers that they see fit.

The daytime staff is nice and helpful, but their evening staff is rude, especially the print area workers. Had a bad experience and called the manager to talk with him about it. Got his voicemail and asked him to call me back. Needless to say I never heard back.

Their print service is affordable and they will help you make sure that it looks right. I brought in a file that was too large and the lady at the store helped me shrink it down so that she could pull it up on her end.

drove over a hour out of the way to get to the store... after calling to verify they had the item I needed... they said yes ... got there and they didnt have what I needed. will never go to this store again
