Horrible customer service. This was not the service that I was paying for. The package is non-trackable and it was shipped through the postal services both are opposite of what I wanted. I was specific with the requirement and then ignored about what my needs were. Moreover, package still has not been received and I dont know what is going on with my package. I paid $55 at this store when the same shipping option cost $5 at the USPS.

Not very friendly. Piss-poor customer service. I called to see if they could verify my package was delivered and waiting to be picked up. However I was told they didnt have time to help me. When I arrived to pick-up my package they didnt check my ID to be sure I was the correct person the package was addressed to and the employee dropped my crushed package on the counter and walked away. Disappointing.

Been using this location for 2 years for our business and never had any issues. They are always prompt about assisting us in the Drive thru, always polite! Allison and Ryan are the nicest staff! I would recommend this location since it is not too busy and they always know how to treat customers!!!

I LOVE THIS STORE! They helped me when staples and fed ex office couldnt!!! They were patient, fast and did an excellent job on my project! Ryan was awesome!
