My husband is in the military and we have been going to this UPS store for almost two years now, since we were stationed at MacDill, without any problem. In fact, yesterday my husband and I went and had some important documents notarized with no problem (by the wife). We went back today to get a second set of papers notarized and left in disgust. The owner (husband) refused to serve us because he said we did not have proper ID, even though we showed him both of our military IDs, our drivers licenses, and my husband even had a state id. When we asked him what the problem was, he said he was refusing to notarize our paperwork and that he did not want to serve us. I can only come to the conclusion that he was refusing to notarize our documents because my husband is active in the military. Or perhaps he refused to notarize our paperwork because we are a multi-racial couple. His wife, in the past, has notarized many documents for both of us, including yesterday. She is kind and professional, but the husband is a complete jerk. I will not be going back and I would ask anyone who has any respect for our men and women in uniform to not use this store. Go to the Amscot on the corner of Gibsonton and the 301 instead. They were kind and courteous and professional. Their notary is cheaper, too. $10 versus this UPS stores charge of $14. Thank you for supporting our troops!

DO NOT use this UPS location to send packages. You will regret trusting these fools! They "lost" my $75 printer after claiming they always transfer packages through USPS. And they asked up front what I was shipping. Guess someone needed a new HP. Then the woman blamed ME saying I probably put the wrong label on the package. Right!!! The label was printed DIRECTLY from HSN website. These people have ZERO customer service skills and I hope they go out of business based on their inept abilities. So unprofessional. GO TO FEDEX!!!!

These folks are the ultimate professionals. Jeanette and Bob would give you the shirt off their backs. The staff there are always helping us carry packages to and from the car and whatever else we need. We use this as our business shipping location and would not use anyone else. Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from because we have been here for 9+ years and have never had a bad experience.

The folks there have ALWAYS treated me with the utmost respect, very quick to offer support and always makes sure everything is accurate, and explains everything in detail making sure you have a clear understanding of how your item is being handled. Youll never leave this location with any second thoughts or worries. Thank you folks for being there and being so efficient.

If you are looking for a place that is reasonably priced, provides great service, and doesnt treat you like just another customer, dont hesitate using this store. The owners and staff are fantastic! Ive been using their service for 2 years now and will be a customer for many more.

Took a pre paid package; I didnt wait for a receipt, because I never had a problem at the blomingdale store. GUESS WHAT? They lost my package with the RMA # Crocs havent received my return sandals. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION......
