I sent a b-day package for my brother in TX from this location. After 2 weeks he still hadnt received it so I called them and they said that I had given them a address that didnt exist. So I double check to make sure I had my brothers right address which I did. Then I called the post office and they told me the address I gave them and it was correct. So finally 2 weeks later the package finally made it back to my house. The post master wanted me to bring him the package once it was returned so I did that and he still said the address doesnt exist even after showing him the address with the house on the internet.. Really he has been any the house receiving mail for 4 years. So I went to ups and sure enough they said his address is in there system. These people at this location are idiots and unhelpful. I will take my packages to ups from now on..

This is an awful place, I ordered a laptop online and the post office said they delivered it on my front porch at 11 AM and which they did not because they never came so, but according to them they delivered it. So I went to the post office at around 1PM and i talked with someone there and they said they would contact me about the issue and they never did. I waited a few days and went again and they had no answer for me and they said they delivered it. So i waited a few more days and i was able to ask my mail lady and she said she doesnt know what happened to it but i could contact the company where i ordered the laptop and that they would replace it. I hate this post office luckily I was able to contact Amazon and they were able to send me another one.

WOW - In all my 10 years of living in this area, Ive never actually been satisfied as a customer. I have never been to this location and have left happily. Theres always some kind of stupid s*** they try to pull. Its either forcing me in to an option I do not want or pissing me off with their inefficiency and inability to actually serve. Rather they try to cut my pocket at any cost. They do not try to help people. The employee named Linda is a complete B****-a-roonie-toonie.. Ive been sending the same package for nearly 2 months at a good price. She gives me a higher price, and refuses to give me the cheaper option. Avoid her. Actually avoid this whole office.

I am having my passport appointment tomorrow and due to my busy office schedule need to cancel an appointment. I have been trying to contact them for last 2 days but every time I call(20 calls a day) I hear a busy tone. How can I cancel my appointment then? anyways, I will have to reschedule it somewhere else. I am avoiding this post office now. What kind of government office is this where the phone is constantly busy? Dont blame me Riverview post office passport application acceptance department if I dont show up. I tried to cancel my appointment but there is no way to reach you. I cant come personally to cancel my appointment. thats why we have phones..!!

It doesnt matter what you post nothing is ever done. Customer service sucks everywhere. I gaff an emergency in my family and had to fly out suddenly. Doing so I forgot to stop my mail. When I picked up my mail there were only two people in front of me I was 3rd. The wait was 37min. When the "gentleman" (and I use this term loosely) got my mail he began to scold me about stopping my mail. Very abrasive, rude & loud. I also didnt appreciate how he yelled out peoples names and addresses. I had my license for proof and he yelled out my info anyway...no name badge to identify. Just rude and obnoxious. On a lighter note the lines move fast.

This is by far the worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. Lazy people who even after making a complaint to the postmaster generals office, still cant figure out their heads from their ----s. Weve decided to start mailing out our stuff from a different post office and making a po box out of Lithia to prevent mail getting lost or destroyed. (Sending AND receiving!). This place should be fined and be required to hire all new people. Also would be nice for them to hire people who speak English. A customer had to help explain something to another customer last week because the employee couldnt understand English well enough.

Horrible. I ordered a package through Amazon. It took them 5 weeks to get me my package, when I live in the same state the seller was based in. Worst service ever. I know why they are taking so long, because they want you to buy the expedited shipping over the regular, and this is their little propaganda. Last time I use USPS for anything. If its not shipping from FedEx or UPS, I dont want it. I hate USPS, such a garbage system. Previously I had ordered another package from Amazon, the Standard shipping came before the Expedited...wtf? I promise, I will never use USPS again. Horrible horrible...

Never had a problem from this post office or any other one. Maybe because im not a impatient kind of person. You people are the ones that get upset because theres a huge line and you waited for the last minute to mail your package out for XMAS or something. Get your heads out of your butts and deal with it. Its The Post Office, its always been like that, BUSY. Not everything evolves around you, theres other people doing that same thing your doing soooo... get mad at them for living and being in your way and wasting your precious time in THE POST OFFICE LINE.

If I could give this post office a negative number I would. They continually fail to deliver mail, lose items, and it takes them 1-2 months to process a forwarding address request. I have had to file two formal complaints against this post office, both times it was found they were at fault, but since its a govt agency, I cant be compensated for my lost shipping charges and lost mail. If you live in the area that this post office services, I feel sorry for you. We moved to Brandon and the current delivery people and post office are 100 times better!

Weve had a problem with our driver tossing packages on the ground and simply driving away. This happened today while it was raining, and a package marked as "Important, Fragile, and Do Not Bend" was tossed in the dirt and was ruined by the rain. The driver made no attempt to honk or anything, when we are located 30 feet from where he decides to toss the packages. We had a similar issue in the past where if the packages didnt fit in the mailbox they simply tossed the packages in a wet ditch. Zero common sense here. Really disappointing.

Today I received a copy of where the post office has "attempted" delivery of a certified letter on 6/27, 7/2 and 7/12 (and today is 7/7). I was home on all of these dates and no one knocked on the door and no notice was left in the mailbox. Since when did a copy of the letter become notice that you have a certified letter that needs to be picked up. When I tried to call the Post Office all I got was a busy signal after trying for 2 1/2 hours. Is this the kind of service we pay for when postage increases? Geez.
