My 2 children were away for the first time ever on Christmas this year so it was very important to all of us that we continue our tradition of how we open our gifts. I paid 117.00$ to insure that they were packaged and received their gifts by Christmas. My children received their packages by the due date but the STORE did not package them correctly and my daughter received half of her and half of her brothers gifts and vice versa. When we noticed the mistake there was still time to correct it, if my kids opened up figured out whos present went to who ( Surprise! NOT) And then they wanted my working children to stand in line and mail (and tape boxes back up) to get the presents to the other sibling in different states. There was no way for my kids to get off work and stand in line for who knows how long so Heather (the manager at the time) told me to have my kids put packages out by front door, after taping and writing the dimensions on box. My daughter received her box by Christmas my son received his on the 28th. SURPRISE sorry you already know what you got and our first Christmas apart was ruined. $117.00 for your store to package my items wrong but we will give you 25% off your next visit or item. REALLY??? I was a frequent customer....till now. Totally unacceptable.

I sell assorted items online as method to make some money on the side. As a result, I frequent USPS and UPS to mail out packages and am quite familiar with prices. Well today I was in a pinch and had to drop off a prepaid package at UPS while also posting out a second package. After filling out the address and having the clerk weight/measure the package I was quoted $19 for shipping. Immediately, I questioned the price as it seemed high. I was informed it was the cheapest option out of USPS/UPS. Due to time constraints I paid for the postage and left. Tonight I quickly went online to verify prices and was shocked to find that prices quoted by both companies average 50% less than this store. I understand in store prices operated at higher cost for margins. But 50% more? What a joke, I will be purchasing all my postage online in future and definitely never returning to this location.

This office has been exceptionally friendly and helpful with unending personal help especially in regards to online work. In particular Dusty and Ian have taken so many really challenging problems and made this process a pleasure. My wife and i cant say enough about the help and effort they have extended to us. I went to the store this morning to do photocopy ,print some documents & notarize one document , the person at the customer service desk (Dusty) was very helpful ,polite & prompt in his service with all the customers.I was impressed by the service he was providing to the customers including me despite being alone & busy i think he should be promoted to be store manager.

Went in this morning to make copies of the flier of the little girl who was missing in our community. I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket but I was allowed to make copies for free. So grateful for this kindness. Will definitely be using this store for all my future needs. Thank you!!

Easier to get to than the post office and much faster service. They now have the ability to make canvas prints, banners and posters. The prices for the canvas prints seemed very reasonable.
