Worst customer service experience I have ever had with office depot, or any print shop for that matter. I dread the fact that my company has a corperate account with them, I now just use the location in Tampa after three seperate terrible experiences. I placed an order for two posters on monday, the typical turn around time on posters Ive order in the past at other locations (st pete, tampa) takes 1-2 days. So I called ahead on weds, and they told me that they has started my posters would be done weds night. I showed up weds night and was told that the images I sent werent usable and had to be sent in a different format and that they didnt know why someone said that they could use them or that they would be ready or usable. So I said ok resent them in a the required format and they said it would be ready for me the next day as I needed them for a weekend event. The next day I called up there and was told my posters would be ready at 2 pm that evening I showed up and they werent even started yet! At this point I was gettting frustrated. I was then told they would start on them immediatly and they would be ready in a few hours. Well guess what a few hours went by I came back and was told that they had lost the original email and didnt have the order -_- so I showed them the copy of the email I sent to them asked why they didnt reach out to me and have me resend instead of making an additional trip to the store to only find out they still werent ready, then heres the kicker after 4 days I was told they werent able to print a poster the size that I needed anyways and I would need to go somewhere else if i wanted a poster that size......uhhhhh dont you think thats something you should have lead with? After freaking out for about five minutes I called the tampa branch, they printed the poster same day and they were right i could not get the size I needed it was a 1/2 inch small and I told them it wasnt a big deal. follow up second experince I called ahead to see if I could get a same day small print/laminate job done same day then I was placed on hold for 14 mins ( It was timed on the phone log) while I was being transfered to the department then was told to call back later third time I sent in an email for a print job, went to pick it up wasnt done, again wehn I got there and thats when I gave up on them and went back to the tampa location and got it done same day again.

I ordered business cards as a fathers day present. The young lady helping me employee #595132 was nice but did not know how to run the computer system. Instead of asking for help from the other two employees behind the desk, I was forced to wait while she made multiple attempts to download, save, design , and print business cards. Over an hour! I paid and was told I would receive a call when ready. Weeks went by no call. I drove up there to pick up the cards, but now there is no record of me, the order, or my payment. I thankfully was able to locate my receipt and confirmation order. I called the store up and using my order id # they tracked my order. But refused to order the cards till I showed proof of purchase. I told them Im not driving down there to show them the receipt and again to pick up, ill bring my receipt when they are ready. Kirk, the employee on the phone Im guessing did not believe that I had paid. I had answer questions on how I paid, how much....finally I just scanned and emailed the copies. Suddenly its all apologies and excuses: she was new, she did not submit the order correctly, I said I dont care, this had been a terrible experience, just tell me when I can get the cards.... They have to call me back!!...

Bought a simple office desk from the Basyx Collection. They dont carry anything in house so the desk had to be delivered and they wouldnt permit it being delivered to the store so I wouldnt have to give up a days work waiting. Day of delivery got a call that the order would be delivered two days later because a driver had a family emergency; understandable. Turns out they just meant half the order because the desk legs showed up anyways; luckily I was still home. On the second delivery date for the desk top I waited and waited finally calling customer service around 2:30. They told me the top was only just received yesterday which meant the family emergency on the original delivery date was a lie. The customer service rep said he would make sure it was received today but when I called back again around 6 they told me it wasnt going to be delivered until Monday. They now expect me to give up three days of work waiting because they wont deliver it to the store where I can pick it up without wasting time.

Amazing customer service! As a business owner of a small store I value my limited time when shopping. I came in to the store looking for a binder with dividers. Something, as simple as a binder introduced me to the amazing customer service received from Robert Love the business mgr. He took the time to show me all the binders and they didnt have the color I needed. So, Robert told me not to worry that he would find it for me. To my surprise the NEXT day he called and he had it. When I asked him how did he get it so soon he told me he drove to the Pasco store and picked it up for me! Now, that is incredible service. Robert you have a new loyal customer that will always come to you first. A big store like this with a "personal" relationship were u know who to call when you need something for a business is essential and makes a community! thank u

Just had an office depot manager at this location tell me that it was "law that she could not give me cash for my return" of an unopened item and purchased 14 days ago with my debit card. I called her on that immediately because that is 100% false- and proceeded to read her the receipt terms and conditions. She called up another manager who also gave me a hard time by telling me that he didnt have the $160 cash to give me for the return. Before I could read him the terms and conditions on the receipt which also included the words "100% satisfaction guarantee" he said he had to go check the safe to see if he could find the money. Needless to say he came out with the cash. Terrible to put a customer in that position AND LIE TO THEM DIRECTLY! Awful really that manager should be fired for lying to a customer.

I emailed them while I stood waiting for the last 45 minutes on my unfinished print order. We ordered 3 items on Friday and requested pickup Monday morning. We were called on Monday @ 9am to say the order would not be ready until the evening time. Imagine my surprise when I show up Tuesday evening a full 24 hours after I was told they would be ready and they were unfinished. Once I received the incredibly late items they were of the poorest quality I have ever seen. They were wrinkled beyond belief and not usable. The only solution offered to me was to come back at 9pm. This was not an option for me so I was left without a key part of my presentation and they are left with one very unhappy customer.
