Almost every UPS Store I have ever been to excels in customer service, and this location is amongst the best I have ever been to! While on a visit to KC, I had a package that was being delivered to my home in SCC. I was given an option to pick up my package at this location, since I would not be back in time, and I didnt want the package sitting on my porch for a week. I had a family emergency, and I wasnt going to be able to get the package at the UPS store in the time frame that it was allowed. I called the UPS store, and talked to a young lady that said they would hold it until Saturday, since I got in on Friday. I thanked her with all my heart. When I went to get the package on Saturday, the gentleman working could NOT have been nicer. I thanked him as well, and told him what had happened with my family emergency. He was so nice and kind. We ended up talking for close to an hour. I will ALWAYS do business with this location, as they helped me out during my time of need.

Very rude on the phone when seeking shipping information, boxing services and trying to verify pricing that was quoted online. Employee was too busy and impatient with me, a potential customer; telling me that he was too busy to be on the phone answering my questions when he has customers in the store. Employee hung up on me.
