I went in today with an absolutely brand new box with FedEx labels already applied. I just bought the box from the store and it was absolutely pristine with no dents or imperfections whatsoever. My box was rejected for being substandard and they told me it would need to be repacked in their own box for a substantial fee. I will never come here again. I took the boxes to the Cherrydale Fedex location and they were amazed that this location refused my box. Honestly, after this experience I may just use UPS from now on. I ship a few thousand pounds worth of boxes a month with my business. I guess its their loss.

The Worst, TURN AROUND!!! Walked in..the two employees were chatting on the far side of the building and didnt acknowledge a customer (the only customer) until I was standing right in front of them.. Then I asked to print a drawing of a popular iOS / Android game to use as a type of homemade birthday card. She discussed what I wanted layout-wise and took 10 min cropping, printing, ect. But then REFUSED to give it to me because of "copyright". If so, tell me 10 min ago..so I can go down the street and give my 60 cents to someone wholl help!!!!!!

Ive been tolerating the employees here for years because of the convenience of the location, but no more. The convenience isnt worth waiting for long periods of time while being ignored. Its not worth rude treatment for no reason. Its not worth being treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. There are a few good employees here. Im sorry that they have to work in such a negative atmosphere, but Im glad I dont have to do business here.

The guy was annoyed to have to deal with me. All I had to do was drop off three boxes and be on my way. I routinely travel for work and use FedEx to move materials around. This was the most unpleasant encounter Ive had. I dropped the boxes off early Friday morning, around 8:30 a.m. and asked that they go out that day. They didnt ship out until Saturday. Recommend choosing a different location.

This location has been around for a long time and they have always been super helpful. I highly recommend. They are always very friendly reasonably priced and very helpful. They have helped me out a lot over the years and have even given me a few free prints - guess they felt sorry for people with a lost cat! Ive used them for large and dry erase laminate and the quality is top notch.

I happened to be looking up store hours on Sunday and saw people bitching and had to stand up for this store. Ive been at least a dozen times since moving to Greenville last year and everyones always been friendly and helpful. These comments remind me of the comedian Louis C.K.- "Everythings amazing and nobodys happy!" Watch it on YouTube and quit whining.

Rude employees no matter what time you go. Cory on the night shift is rude & aggressive! I came in today around 4pm & one of the young ladies at the counter was extremely rude also & spoke down to me. The staff at this location need to learn good customer service. Its like companies will hire anyone nowadays, which is sad & desperate. Do better FedEx!

I dont do a lot of bad reviews, but this place is pretty terrible. Service is friendly, but so slow. The machines are old. Materials are expensive as well. BUT...I have never had a problem with them delivering a package, losing something, or breaking something. So just go with plenty of time and lots of money and you will be fine.

Terrible customer service along with scamming customers on buying their overpriced boxes. My own wasnt good enough, they needed to charge me $10 to put my box into their box. UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I wasnt using a companies prepaid return shipping label I would have never used Fedex. STAY AWAY from these scam artist!!!! UPS all the way!!!

If your box is anything less than absolutely brand new, they will refuse the box and try to make you pay them to have it re-packaged. This is literally the worst Fedex location I Have ever had to deal with. Take your business somewhere else. Would give it zero stars if it was an option...

Did not give me clear options about pricing of a scan/copy or clarify that scan would require a flash drive. Service was slow throughout entire process. Employees were polite - just waisted a lot of time going through something that could have taken about five minutes.

I come here to print items occasionally and always have a great experience. They are sometimes busy, but that is expected being in Greenville on Haywood rd. They are always fast to get to you while still giving you great service.

I revived a package through FedEx and was returning the same package through FedEx. The seafood it was packaged wrong. Said I didnt receive it though FedEx. Im going to UPS to ship my package now.
