The prices are decent, but a lady named "jolanda" or something like that was rude as hell! We had to get there the moment they opened because my husbands bus was scheduled to leave at 5:40am. While checking our bags in, I asked when he would have to change buses and she flipped out on me! Complaining to my husband about how by asking that question I threw her off completely of what she was doing on the computer and blah blah blah. Ranting like crazy. Very unprofessional! I dont know if she hadnt had her morning coffee, or if she was usually that rude. I bit my tongue and let her slide.

Seats arent very comfortable. My butt is numb. Im going from FL to MN, and am currently at the second stop in Georgia. I have not once had working, usable WiFi on the bus. I am unfortunately seated next to a 300lbs smelly black man that takes up at least a quarter of my seat. Full bus. Outside every station there has been methheads/crackheads roaming around begging for money and complaining of toothaches. I think Ill be taking AMTRAK from now on. Busses are kinda sketchy.

I think its ridiculous you cant get a live person on the phone! When you call the office it rings and goes to a voicemail that sayd someone is on the phone or they are busy and THERE MAILBOX is FULL ALL the time!!! What kind of business does that! Check your voicemail and call people back... FRUSTRATED...

The worst customer service you can imagine is given by greygound. Which service does not have online cancellation policies. They do not help the customers at all and are super inconsiderate. Please choose "MEGA BUS" over this service any time. Their customer service is so much better and nicer.

Service is good and on time. 1st bus we got was a female who bizarrely had a no talking rule on her bus. So me and my husband had to spend 5 hours on the bus without being able to talk to eachother. Anytime someone did speak she would come over the microphone to hush people up

Never answer the phone, and when I could finally get ahold of them, the rude woman interupted me multiple times with a flat out "no" answer to my question. Awful customer service, so bad that I wouldnt be surprised if it put Greyhound out of business.

Thats nice secured Greyhound terminal, pretty clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and whole area is in Downtown of Tampa, 10 min walking distance from Tampas Children Museum, Riverside Park and Riverwalk.

Workers here simply do not give a rats about anything. Asking a question straight to his face. He ignored the question, looked the other way. 30 seconds later look at me, "are you talking to me ?"

Employees were short tempered, spoke broken English, and the station smelled like hobo feet. Vending machines are broken and i am hesitant to touch anything due to sanitation concerns.

Very rude customer service, they never answer the phone, they dont have lockers (just storage which is $8 for each bag!), and they lock the place up from 9pm to 5am.
