2 Stars for poor, indifferent, customer service. I went to ship a package using the FedEx number of the recipient (which is a common practice, and Ive done hundreds of times). The goofball working there seemed confused, and told me I would need to open a FedEx account which asks for Credit Card info, etc. Again, I am using an Acct number of the recipient. I eventually just left, drove a few miles up the street to a similar shipping operation and was greeted with a smile - and in and out the door in two minutes. Either the kid at PostNet is an idiot, lazy or both. Regardless, I wont be going back. I will also share my experience with FedEx.
