This is the third time we have had a delivery with this company. The first time our shipment was delivered and the delivery guys did not want to bring it up to the driveway or front door, but rather leave it in the middle of the road. I asked them to please at least bring to the driveway and their comments were extremely rude. They finally agreed but then slammed down our shipment on concrete causing the entire shipment to shatter. The second delivery we received someone elses shipment which was haphazardly placed on the front porch step. I called multiple times to reach someone at Manko who then proceeded to tell me to call the person on the shipping label and have them come pick up a large freight off our front porch, meanwhile our shipment was lost. Once our shipment was finally located 2 weeks later, this one was also broken in several areas. Our last shipment with them was supposed to be today. I received a call from the delivery driver at 12pm stating he would arrive within an hour, 4 hours later and he still had not shown I was calling Manko, the delivery guys cell as well as the original company the order was placed with. After multiple calls to Manko, finally reaching an actual person only to be hung up on, three times. I repeatedly called the delivery guy on his cell who finally returned my call to tell me he was done with his route for today but our shipment had been delivered to someone elses address. I have asked to speak to management but there is no one there, I have asked to speak with the delivery drivers management only to be told my delivery guy is the manager. I asked my delivery guy to go pick up our shipment from this incorrect address in which he replied he would try to work it in tomorrow on his route. This obviously is unacceptable as I do not want my shipment sitting on someone elses house overnight. The delivery guy then complained about having to go back to the warehouse to retrieve the truck, drive to the other address and then all the way to our house. I honestly have no idea where my shipment is or if I will ever receive at his point. I am working with the original company the order was placed with to not use Manko for their delivery needs as this service is the worst I have ever seen or dealt with and I work a lot with shipment companies. I agree with the other reviewers, if I could give them negative stars I would. Its nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone and when you do they are rude and not helpful. They are truly a disservice to anyone using them for their shipment needs.

If I could give negative stars, I would rate this company -5. I have never dealt with a company more unprofessional than this one. They have had our mattress set for a week (after being contracted by another freight company) and we had made an appointment for delivery yesterday (6/6) between 11 and 3. As the delivery window closed and the hours ticked on, we received no call and no show. Phone calls to these people do not get answered. We finally called the larger freight company to see if they could get anywhere. They told us that this company closes at 4pm and so they couldn’t get a hold of anybody either. I began reading reviews and told my husband that they’ll look for our stuff today, but, watch, they’ll say they can’t find it. I was joking at the time. Well, guess what the excuse is today? We still have not heard from anybody at this company, mind you; we’re getting these updates from the freight company who hired them to deliver our bed. This is absolutely unacceptable. If these people were any kind of decent human beings or had any concept of customer service at all, they would have contacted us as soon as possible to let us know what’s going on. We’d be disappointed and annoyed, but at least we wouldn’t have to go calling other companies to get information. I never thought I’d have to consider who would be delivering any items I order online in the future, but I’m afraid I’ll have to get in the habit of asking, “What delivery company will you use?”, and if I see or hear the name of this company, I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you have a choice, avoid this place at all cost! We’ll see what happens in the next few days.

It seems like most people only leave reviews for delivery companies when they have a negative experience, which isnt surprising, but Id like to leave mine simply because reading all these negative reviews had me anxious about this delivery. First of all, I ordered a $2,000 piece of furniture from Wayfair--a large piece of furniture (king sized, white leather upholstered headboard with footboard and side rails). Hence the anxiety about the negative reviews. However, my experience with Manko was streamlined, pleasant, and efficient. They called me promptly to schedule the delivery, set a time for the next day, showed up in the middle of that delivery window, and the driver--after knocking and not getting a response--called me to make sure he was at the right address (he was, but somehow my german shepherd didnt hear him knocking). The driver was very polite and took care with the package. The boxes were about as dirty as youd expect giant freighted boxes to be, but they werent ripped, soaked, or "filthy." The items inside were well packaged and in perfect condition. Moral of the story--dont let the negative reviews freak you out. I dont think many people who have good delivery experiences bother reviewing them.

Hands down the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. They did not show for 2 different schedule appointments and never called. They apparently "lost" my item, a massage chair, for over a week and no one could offer any information as to what had happened. Then I received an email from the massage chair company that MANKO was trying to reach me but they could not. Complete lie. Scheduled the second delivery date and time and they no show/no call again. After numerous attempts to reach them to see where the truck was, I was hung up on more than once and was finally told that the truck was broken down and they had no idea when it would be fixed. This seems to be their go to response based on the other reviews. So I have yet to receive my item and no one at that company cares whatsoever. I am most concerned about the condition it will be in when it finally arrives. It has been the most ridiculous and frustrating delivery Ive ever experienced and I refuse to deal with any company who uses their services in the future.

The first time that Manko Delivery Systems, Inc. delivered my couch they literally dropped it off the truck, dumped it my living room, and took off like a bat out of hell. Within 5 minutes of their "escape" we noticed that the leg was broken on the $500 couch and called the delivery service immediately to come and pick it up. They NEVER answered their phone so I had to call the company where I purchased the couch and they agreed to send another couch. The delivery company showed up today with the replacement (10 days later) and refused to allow us to inspect the couch (since it WAS the replacement) and took off without even taking it out of the truck. We called the company and the delivery truck helper answered the phone then hung up after finding out who he was talking to about the delivery. This company should shut down, they are a joke. Also, Driver was rude and unprofessional.
