I was very disappointed with their printing services. My daughter designed her own wedding invitations and RSVP cards, and this UPS store told us they could print AND cut them (we brought in our own shimmery card stock paper). After picking them up, we discovered they were crooked! When I brought it back and showed them, they said they would have had to cut each individually to cut them straight. If this was outside the scope of what they could handle they should not have offered to cut them. I could have taken them elsewhere or cut them ourselves. They would not give me any kind of refund and only offered to try to cut them more to try to straighten them. We were afraid to have them touch them after seeing what a terrible job they did the first time! We bought a paper cutter and will try to salvage what we can. They will definitely be smaller than we planned. Sad. I really expected better customer service.

I have used this location many times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They all know my name when I walk in a greet me. Theres usually no more than a 5 minute wait for help if there is even a line at all. They can quickly help you with your incoming or outgoing packages, shipping supplies, and more! Everyone is great at this location. You can also email them pages you need printed from your cell phone and they will get them printed for you quickly. They have a self service copier with 24 hr access for key holders, along with 24 hr mailbox access, again for key holders. I trust them to just hand off a package and they will properly wrap it for me for shipping so it doesnt get broken. Everything is top notch here.

I have an online store and Ive been going to the UPS store several times this month, usually to quote a price for an unusual package. Sometimes to figure out a price to send something internationally. I dont always spend money when I go to the UPS store, but theyre are always helpful and friendly. Any question I ask they thoroughly answer. Ive never met a more kind and caring staff. I would not have a successful business if it werent for UPS.

From the moment I walked in they acted like they were annoyed I was even there but what followed was the absolute worst customer service Ive ever endured. AVOID going to this UPS store at all costs! I have to travel a lot for work and have been to a ton of UPS stores for printing, copying, and shipping services and I can honestly say this is the worst UPS store I have ever been to by a long shot.

The absolute BEST UPS Store Ive ever been to! The staff is professional and very accommodating. I had flyers printed and the quality was better than the ones I paid twice as much for elsewhere! My shipments are always handled quickly. Very knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant! They make everything so easy for me! Thank goodness they are here in Apollo Beach! Again, the BEST!!!

Have used them for a myriad of reasons many times. They do great work for a reasonable price. The one star reviews I have noticed seem like sour grapes because they had to pay for a professional service. Lol they are not an NPO
