I was very disappointed in their delivery methods. They kept trying to deliver a package that require a signature while I was at work. Not to mention that I was never informed or got any form of notification until the third delivery attempt. So I called the 1-800 number to try and figure out where my package was and the customer service person acted like they could not find it. After it was finally located I asked for them to deliver it when I would be home and they agreed to it. However, the next morning I received a phone call saying that I had to come all the to Greenville which is a hour away from my house to pick it up. Needless to say I will not be using Fedex ever again.

This is miserable service. This is the second time we were promised delivery on a set day only to get a note that they were unable to deliver because the business was closed. This is a home and on top of that there was no signature required so if they came, which they did not because we e been home all day, they could have left it on the porch. Last time it was critical we receive the item and after multiple calls we found out they didnt even load it on the vehicle because they dont like driving out to our neighborhood (its about 45 minutes away) on Saturday. Seriously. This is not a delivery service!

A little awkward to be the only positive review here, but I had an issue with a delivery, so I stopped by the distribution center. I was running late, and literally got my foot in the door before they closed. The man working (wish I asked for his name) was very considerate and went out of his way to stay late and search the warehouse for my package without hesitation. Also one of the delivery guys stopped in for a bathroom break and was pleasant to talk to. At the end of the day, yes logistics can be frustrating as a consumer at times, but in my limited experience, the workers do a good job.

We ordered a complete dining room set (i.e. bench, 4 chairs, and a table). Everything except the table arrived perfectly. Out table was "delivered" at the bottom of the staircase, in the rain and without any notification. Needless to say, the table was completely ruined and worthless. We had to reorder the table and hope that it is delivered with a little more effort. This location must invest in new deliverers. This is the first and last time I will be doing business with this delivery service.

Fed ex consistently misplaced my packages. This is bare minimum the 3rd time. For some reason they also always deliver right out side my apartment door when all packages are supposed to go the office. You would think after losing so many damn packages they would deliver to the office and not my door...

Very poor service. My attorney priority overnighted time sensitive material to be here at 1030am and never showed up. Its now after 2pm and im told it should be between now and 6pm. Well thats a little too late for a time sensitive issue
