I dont usually do this but I feel compelled to report feedback about our visit this morning to the South Asheville location on Hendersonville road. The first thing we noticed when we were waiting in line to place our orders was that the floor was sticky. On closer observation the dining room floor was actually filthy. The woman who took our order was courteous and the food was served quickly. The meals were good so no complaints there. I visited the mens room before we left and found the floor in there to be filthy as well. As I walked out toward the front door of the restaurant the floor was visibly dirty everywhere. This didnt happen in one day either. The first thing that comes to mind is if the rest rooms and dining room are not clean why would you expect the food preparation area to be clean?

Atlanta Bread company offers a nice dining area, extensive menu, and good service. This is one of those fast casual dining places where you order your food at a counter and they bring it to your table. it offers a better selection of food than fast food chains and more healthy options too. This Atlanta Bread company was clean and the employees were helpfull. it felt like it was new or newly remodeled. Its similar to a panera bread, but I like Atlanta Bread Company just a bit more. I would recommend if youre looking for something better than fast food but not the time commitment of a full service restaurant. Also, its minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore estate.

I picked up a catering order this morning for 15 people & was more than impressed with the customer service, food & convenience that was offered! I constantly order food for luncheons and breakfast meetings and I would recommend anyone to send their business to Atlanta Bread Co. They personalized a bag with each persons name, including napkins & with coffee they sent creamer/cups/sugars etc. making my life so easy!! I appreciate all of staff & service that helped with our breakfast this morning, we will be back soon :)

I dont normally write reviews, but I have been so impressed by the caliber of staff at this Atlanta Breads location that I had to. They go above and beyond, are friendly, accommodating, and cultivate relationships with their regular customers. Its endearing to see staff interact with older patrons, calling them by name and knowing their order. Its rare for me to see this with a chain restaurant. They just have incredible customer service.

Good food...I like the French onion soup. Plenty of parking and i can stay and work for however long I need. I am always greeted by smiling faces, the service is prompt and they occasionally clear my table for me. Juliet has a particularly infectious smile and demeanor and is always willing to answer questions and help a customer out as needed. She cleared my table and made me feel at home. Nick rang me up and was warm and personable.

To start off with the food was great. I ordered half/ half with onion soup. Onion soup was a little too salty. Not thrilled about the cleanliness though. All the tiles above the food prep and eating area were dirty collecting dust. Dirty carpet broken tables and lighting fixtures bring down the atmosphere.

The sandwiches we had were delicious, but the pastry selection is a little lacking. I ordered a coffee, but all of the pots were either empty or ice cold, and I couldnt find anyone to tell about it. Still, its a nice place for lunch, and you know youre going to get pretty decent food.

WHEN i WAS THERE ON A SATURDAY MORNING THE PLACE WAS DIRTY. THE CARPETING WAS FILTHY AND THE REST ROOM WAS IN DISARRAY. THERE WAS A LANGUAGE PROBLEM CONCERNING THE PERSON TAKING ORDERS (WHICH CAME OUT WRONG AND THE FOOD WAS COLD.) NEVER AGAIN

The employees at this location are always friendly, and service is quick even during the lunchtime. Parking is a bit limited when its busy. Turning into the parking lot coming from Biltmore Village and I-26 can also be a little tricky.

Great, friendly service!! I ordered a cappuccino and it was wonderful! Although I wish they had a better gluten free menu, great selection of breads and pastries reminiscent of Panera Bread, I recommend!!

Excellent staff. Plates are cumbersome as hell and hard to eat off of, but the menus is diverse. Staff is very nice. Great Internet. I have been here every day for about 3 months now. Love this place.

I asked to have a soup that doesnt have onions, and they didnt know the ingredients of their soups and gave me several that had onions, until I gave up. The sandwich was tasty, though.

Cleaning crew started at 6:00 pm on Sun. ( Doesnt close until 7:00pm) Fumes were over powering. When asked to stop, guy said, "if it bothers you... leave." Wont go there again
