The 3 star is not because food is bad. The food is great. The store however always has lines backed up for both the drive thru and inside. They never seem to be able to keep up with the crowd. Forget about trying to go at lunch or on saturday. If you have patience or avoid the rush crowd then this is always a great place for food.

Fast service for this to be such a congested place. I was in town for the NAIA Conference Championship Baseball games and we could come to chic fila because there was no parking and not enough space to service a team and customers. Need more parking and space for because this is a great business to miss out on these kind of events.

I stop at this chick fil a regularly and they were without out a doubt the best fast food establishment in Kingsport. I come her so often I had to sell my dog, Jerry, and my cat, Woodrow in order to buy chick fil a. It has gotten so bad my roommates are thinking about kicking me out. Still a great place to eat though.

If I could give a 0 I would, my family and I was in a house fire and called to see if maybe they could give some hot food cause we have lived in a hotel with cold snack food and wanted something hot but instead we got turned away from a church based company thanks lost my familys business for the rest of our lives

This location of Chick-fil-A is way better than the other branches that Ive been to in the matter of customer care and service. I also find them very accommodating which is surprising to me because I always get a horrible service in other Chick-fil-A locations. Keep it up guys!

A great experience. I went with a large group. The staff and store were wonderful. I used the restroom, and it was very clean. The quality of the food was great. Everyone from the table wiping floor sweeper to the manager treat us very well and made us feel at home.

Love the friendliness of the restaurant but do wish the would do something about the front in at the cash registers because it is very over crowded and people trying to get there orders and coming in the doors at the same time, makes it hard to not run into someone

Great food and service! Bad location...this Chik-fil-a stays so busy, they need their own red light. The drive-thru line, at lunch and dinner, is insane. I would reccommend this place! I would also recommend going during a time of day that isnt busy too.

Wonderful food and service! Alma that works at the Kingsport, TN on Stone Dr is awesome. She is always so helpful with my parents, who are in their 90s and my disabled husband. Love your food and the friendly caring service. Thank you and God bless.

Food is awesome! Its so good! The only thing that sucks, which is why I have 4 stars, is BC the line goes out into Stone Drive... It goes pretty fast but can be dangerous. Average wait time for busy hours that go into Stone Drive is 30 minutes...

Friendly counter people, orders are usually quickly filled. Update: Chick-fil-A is dropping their Spicy Chicken Biscuit for breakfast, my main reason for visiting, so I will be looking somewhere else to go for breakfast. Rarely do lunch here.

Daughter and I went thru drive thru at peak lunch time. The drive thru kept moving at a decent pace, order taken correctly and repeated back to us at order box and again at window. The order was correct, hot, and excellent food as always.

Staff if always very pleasant and attentive. The healthier options are a huge plus. Peak hours create some difficulty getting in and out due to an undersized parking area but thats the only downside to be found.

Love the food.... But everytime I go they always get my order wrong. From forgetting my fries or dressing for my wrap, it has become quite ridiculous. I will always check my bag before I leave here.

Loooooooonnnnnngggg lines out to stone drive you have a double drive through and at 830pm to 9pm u have only 1 running and the wait for a room temp chicken sandwich and fries was not worth the wait.

It is Chick-fil-A, so you know what you are getting. Just this location is not the best. Hard to get in if turning across E. Stone Dr., and the parking lot is extremely tight. Hard to find parking.
