Cirrus is a travel medical staffing company based out of Charlotte, NC. I and another individual have taken assignments with Cirrus before and really liked our recruiter, Jill K. However, after our recruiter had her baby we were given a substitute. This new recruiter, Ivette M., was always out of the loop and even rude at times. On a particular assignment, we decided to extend and signed an extension contract with Cirrus. After about a week passed and we were into our extension, Cirrus calls and said an error was made with the contract they sent to the hospital. They, Cirrus, could no longer could honor the hours drawn up in our agreement and said there was nothing they could do about it. After speaking with the VP of the company, Todd, I and the other individual tried to come to some sort of fair agreement for both parties. This included a partial payment of lost wages, a higher OT rate, etc. They refused any compromise. The recruiter became incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional trying to put the blame on other people. If I couldnt uphold my end of the contract with Cirrus I would be liable to pay them if I couldnt meet any aspects of the agreement. They, however, will not be responsible for the error they admit they made. The VP furthermore apologized and said he couldnt fix the mistake, thus shorting us THOUSANDS of dollars over the assignment. He also was pompous at times and generally unhelpful. He said he couldnt lose money on paying us what should have been ours to begin with and he didnt care if we were unsatisfied, left a bad review, or bad references. After speaking to a contractual attorney, it seems it is cut and dry Cirrus should be accountable for the hours and pay stated and SIGNED in our contract. PLEASE AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, AS PROFESSIONALISM AND PROPER BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT THE STANDARD HERE.

I have been working with them for several years. I have never had a problem that my recruiter could not assist me with. The pay is great. I always have another assignment lined up 2 weeks into each 13 week contract. Highly recommend!
