Exciting opportunity, but not so promising. Definitley would recommend having a part time job, because they lack assignments to actually gain the experience. In my training class from my understanding the goal of the Liberty Group Staff was to assist with assignments in gaining experience. Unfortunately for me that did not happen not to say My experience isnt everyone elses in my training class. Non the less I was that eager go getter that was excited to work and called all the time and all I was told was that I was put on the available list?? It took sometime for the first assignment. I was excited when I got it!! Was told that it was a temp to perm that the cm would take me under her wing and train me. Well got there and was there for two weeks, gained several renters and worked really hard and was let go because was told it was a "temp" job for only two weeks. Liberty group knew nothing about the time that the complex planned for me to stay. They never called me for another assignment. I reached out to a supervisor and she tried contacting me but ive been busy to speak with her. But all in all the people are very nice. I just wish I got the opportunity to explore.
