I have worked through several temp agencies/staffing firms over the years, but rarely did I ever have a more unsatisfying experience than I had with Talentbridge. The primary reason for the poor experience is undoubtedly the communication. I concur whole-heartedly with the below review. The staff was professional and friendly at first, but it became apparent early what their primary motivations are when dealing with you. You are a number/possible commission pull to them, and if you are deemed not suitable for a position, you will seemingly be ignored. I had at least 4 different instances where my recruiter reached out to me letting me know they were submitting me for a position that "they felt I was a great fit for". They would continue to sell the position to you over the phone until you agree to be submitted. At this point, my recruiter would emphatically tell me that they would be reaching out "shortly"/"tomorrow"/"later this week" with feedback from the hiring manager. NOT ONCE did I ever receive any type of information back without prompting. Each time I had to follow up, often times with VMs/Emails as I couldnt get her on the phone, only to receive a very non chalant response about how they went with someone else. TalentBridge seems to have several smart/professional individuals working there on first glance, but you will quickly see where you stand in their hierchy of priorities. With so many other options in the area, I would highly recommend against using this particular provider...unless you enjoy sitting around for days waiting for a response that probably isnt coming. I was fortunate to be working remotely as I was going through this process, but I cant imagine the frustrations associated with using TalentBridge if you are looking for work ASAP. The lack of communication may seem like a minor issue, but lets face it, its unprofessional and disrespectful, specifically in the field that they operate within. I strongly advise against TalentBridge in the Charlotte area....a simple google search will reveal multiple options that are more suitable, and will leave you with a much more positive experience overall.

My time with Talent Bridge has exceeded my expectations delivering excellent service and meeting all my professional and personal needs. The moment I walked into the Talent Bridge office, there was a professional yet inviting ambiance. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, dedicated recruiters taking phone calls in the background, and meetings taking place through the beautiful glass doors. My recruiter, Blaire, introduced herself with a genuine smile. Many questions were asked regarding my career goals and interests, my workplace likes and dislikes, personal attributes, as well as, a resume review. Immediately, Blaire had ideas of companies that were right in line with my desires. Two things jumped out to me, her dedication and how she made me feel valued. My experience seemed too good to be true. However, the conclusion of the meeting was far from the end. Blaire quickly followed up with additional details regarding the companies she originally discussed with me. Unfortunately, the companies were not the correct fit. In Blaire’s eyes, failure was not an option. She continued constant communication with me providing updates, morale support, and other opportunities. Not far from inception of our business relationship, Blaire and her colleague, Kayce, found an opportunity that seemed too good to be true. The job description was directly in line with where I wanted to go with my career, the company corresponded with my personal interests, and the office culture matched my personality. Blaire and Kayce saw this symbiosis before I did and did everything within their power to expedite an interview. Soon after a contract was drawn up, leading to the wonderful job I have today. Talent Bridge has done nothing but strive to exceed my expectations, helping me pursue the next level in my career, as well as continuing communication with me and the client ensuring that all parties are more than satisfied. I look forward to a long relationship with Talent Bridge.

My experience has been very different. I believe everyone has a different viewpoint depending on perspective. I was a single mother with very strict specifications as far as schedule. I had the pleasure of being interviewed my Mr. Frederick Rice. Not only was he attentive to my wants and needs he was also very inspirational. Providing me with a different way of looking at my situation as a newly single mother of 3 very young children. I did not feel intimidated or neglected. Shortly after my interview I landed a one week assignmet, were I managed to showcase my skills and proved deserving of a permanent position with the company were I am currently employed by. Certain employees in TalentBridge are not as amazing or understanding, which I care not to mention as their importance is very much irrelevant. Nonetheless TalentBridge is a great company, but much greater is Mr. Frederick Rice. Should you need a job, he is THE BEST recruiter. Humble, compassionate, understanding, humorous, professional and many other things. Hope this helps! And remember FREDERICK RICE is the "GO TO" person.

Communication is lacking. Two weeks, 3 emails, 4 phone calls to them ,and a promise of a call back from an employee and we still heard nothing. My husband finally calls back himself (again) and tells them whats going on and hes now mad and surprise suddenly someone is in the office. The lady is VERY passive aggressive, wont even entertain the idea of helping because we dont live in state. Isnt the point of recruitment agencies to help those coming in from out of state? She even suggested he must move up 4 months from now without a job. He told her no and she wanted to know why not.. are you serious? She would have known we were out of state and notified us they wont work us 2 weeks prior of they had even looked at his resume. She didnt even have his degree right as she talked to him . She had no interest in even helping him find a job in his sector (Finance) but suggested instead along the lines of sales/management. Wont be working them them again. Waste of 2 weeks on an already tight schedule to find a job.

After much litigation between people within talent bridge we were able to resolve the issues at hand. They offered their sincerest apologies for human errors that were made. They also spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with me to figure out the issues at hand. This was the work of one person (for my bad experience and not the company as a whole.) They have done their due diligence to ensure this is handled as well as have offered me amazing positions I was seeking. Scarlett has been amazing and has been so vigilant in my review to ensure I am happy. She ensured I would not have issues again as well as has done everything in her ability to ensure I received a position soon. She was kind, understanding, and handled a very touchy situation with grace. Ive met her before and this was not a front. This is who she is. So I appreciate they quick response as well as the diligence and concern she expressed. I hope my future opportunities work out better than previous.

Outstanding service and unprecedented professionalism!!! I was referred to TalentBridge by a friend who recommended them as one of the best in the industry. They are extremely professional and have a very unique personal approach which matches the right candidate to the right opportunity. They take their time to talk to you and most importantly – listen to you and try to get a very good understanding of your strengths and your career aspirations. They then guide you every step of the way through the whole process and even call you out of their regular business hours to address any concern you may have or provide valuable advice if you need it! Going above and beyond is an overly used cliché but my vocabulary is too weak to find a better fitting phrase to describe TalentBridge!
