I went to Euphoria regularly for about two years and then my stylist left. I continued to go and the two times I have been back have been HORRIBLE... the first time meeting me, the stylist told me my hair was damaged, thin, and when my bangs looked bad, she blamed it on my non-existant cow-lick... how about working on your "bedside" manner? I brought in a picture of thick side-bangs and she gave me thin 80s bangs... so despite the fact that my hair looked horrible, I gave her another shot (everyone has a bad day - although Im having a bad hair day everyday until my bangs grow out) and scheduled another appointment. She was 35 minutes late for my appointment and was completely baffled that I had to go back to work in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. She was pestering me to get a dye-job (two-tone, brown on top, blond on bottom) when I told her Ive never colored my hair and I wasnt interested. I asked her to trim all of the split ends, but found some in the car on the way back to work. So bottom line, she can almost trim hair but my last two appointments were miserable and they couldnt pay me to return.

I booked an appointment with one stylist and when I showed up for this appointment I was informed that that stylist "had a conflict" and that I was rebooked with someone else... This other person was extremely nice but did not do my hair as I requested but instead did what she thought would look nice. In the end my hair was a mess and she could see that but didnt admit it. She only said "next time show me pictures of what you want" smh, all she had to do was listen. I am less upset with the fact that the women didnt do a good job with my hair but more upset that I didnt get a courtesy call about the chosen stylist not being available. I emailed a complaint and they did offer to bring me back in to fix my hair (by the same stylist...) which I appreciated. Lastly, this salon also does a LOT of sales pitches!

I went to Yana (the owner) of Euphoria for over 2 years. She did a great job with the cut and color on my hair. However, every single time I went, she put TREMENDOUS pressure on me to do an additional "treatment" that costs an additional $55 (I was already paying almost $300). I tried it once and it did NOTHING. When I told her I couldnt do it in the future, she was EXTREMELY rude to me about it, and really embarrassed me in front of other clients. I found myself having to mentally prepare before going to get my hair done because I knew she would be giving me a pushy sales pitch every time. So despite the fact that she did do a good job on my hair, I will never go back. Getting your hair done should not be stressful, and this was stressful every time.

I had an appointment with Larissa yesterday, and I am extremely happy with my whole visit!!! I had a perm, hair cut, eyebrow waxing and tinting. From start to finish, she stayed professional, but passionate about her job and making sure I was well taken care of as a customer. I felt pampered and like a princess on my salon day, which was a Valentines Day gift from my boyfriend who made me feel very loved and cherished with my salon day here. I cannot express enough how very classy yet very passionate and caring my stylist was. It was a very elegant experience, but also very warm and welcoming, which is lacking is most upscale Salons and Spas. Thank you very much, Larissa and the rest of the team there!! :D

I paid nearly $300 to have my hair partially highlighted. I brought in a picture of the highlights that I wanted, which the stylist immediatly discarded. My highlights were so subtle that many people did not even notice. A friend of mine got her hair done at carmen carmen and paid nearly half of what I did for all over highlights and a haircut. Also everytime I have been in there, the staff always tries to sell you a "treatment" thats nearly $50, and from what I can tell, does nothing. I will never return for a hair appointment. The waxing on the other hand, is phenominal. They use the painless hard wax thats waayy better than the usual type. You should def try it.

I was going to Charlotte from Fayetteville for the day and decided to go to a real salon. I picked Euphoria from the ratings I saw... And was happy with my experience. Gabriella did an awesome job. I wanted volume, and tips on how to get that with such straight, thick hair. And thats exactly what she did for me. Needless to say my husband was very excited when he caught a glimpse of my new do. Also received a hand massage while getting my hair shampooed. Pleasant surprise! A definite must-go!

After moving from the Big Apple, I had a hard time finding a salon met my requirements. Euphoria Salon & Spa did just that. My highlites and haircut were amazing - thank you Yana! I wish I would have gone there originally when my co-worker first told me about them - lesson learned. They are one of the few places that offer Kerastase products and treatments. My new friend goes there for her hair straightening as well. Go with your instinct and do not follow the pack. Money well spent!!!

I have a lot to rave about this salon and spa! The customer service was top notch from the minute I walked in and greeted with a warm welcome. I knew that there was a lot of work that needed to be done with my color and they gave me what I was looking for :). They also carry a great product by Kerastase.

This salon is absolutely amazing! My color looks better than it ever has after a trip to the salon. Im definitely a client for life now. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with scheduling my appointment.

The nail tech was nice enough, but the color selection was poor - and my nails look lumpy. The "massage" that was part of the "package" was little more than someone else applying lotion. Not worth my time or money.

Getting a bikini wax isnt high on my list as a "fun" thing to do, but Maria makes the experience comfortable and uses a no-strip, organic wax that is the least painful process Ive found.

After a long search for a good payn free Brazilian waxing my friend recommended Euphoria.So i tried and i loved it. Waxing with a hard wax was quick and painless.

Only a manicure, pedicure, but that was the least effort I ever saw. I should have objected, but I simply walked out and determined not to return.
