After rocking a thick, healthy head full of beautiful curls all summer....based on previous reviews I decided to give this salon a try. I was in and out within an hour for each wash/style visit....to find out after 3 visits that my curls are NO LONGER! Given that Ive been natural for over 9 years .. to call this outcome a disappointment is a true understatement. My hair once washed is now DEAD STRAIGHT! For ladies with natural hair *BE WARNED* your curls will be nothing but a mere memory if you visit this salon. Cheap...yes! But you get what you pay for. Not worth it. Hopefully Ill be the last one with this experience...youve all been warned.

I have natural hair, meaning I do not put any chemicals in my hair including hair straightening perms. I visited this salon wanting a full blow out with rollers... The whole nine. The owner said they did not do natural hair and I would HAVE to get a perm for that to happen there. They refused to give me a real blow out- only a flat iron was done. They charged me 15$ extra because I did NOT have a perm. AFRICANS DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE YOU ARE NOT WELCOME. FIND A BETTER PLACE WHERE YOU ARENT TALKED ABOUT AND DISRESPECTED. I will never give them a dime again. This experience (along with others) motivated me into opening up my own salon.

The blow dry and straightening is really good. Unfortunately I dont like their customer service. I dont look hispanic so many people dont know i speak spanish. Most of the workers there spwak no English which is fine. But as im listening to the ladys talking the one lady tells the other its her first time here charge her whatever you want she doesnt know. And as one lady is doing my daughters hair the same lady that made that comment earlier is locking up and tells her dont spend to much time on her just go over her hair real fast with the flat iron so we can leave. I was very offended. So just beware any new comers.

Love them! Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced! I drive from Jersey because they fit my crazy work schedule and they never disappoint! I have thick, curly, natural African American hair ( though certainly not the most difficult hair to get bone straight- but I have definitely seen various grades of hair, natural and otherwise leave looking flawless! The only thing that would make this better is if it was in my basement- well Jersey!!

Our (My daughter and me) hair came out beautiful!!!!!! The prices are cheap and we were in and out! Most of the staff was pleasant and I felt totally comfortable as a new client. Bad reviews: No one spoke full English so there were language barriers with most of the clients walking in/communication issues, the wash girl is not friendly at all and the shops esthetic on the outside and in needs a makeover! But, I will be returning❤️

I always like how my hair turns out and the price is good. There customer service could be better in terms of their professionalism. Some of the workers look at you a little funny when your in there. (Im Hispanic I can understand everything you say). Other than that its an alright place.

I have always had a great experience at this Salon. No complaints. I tried a different salon once and let me tell when I say this salon is worth the drive. The stylists are very quick and I always receive compliments on my hair. I am very glad my sister recommended this salon.

I do like this place, but I do prefer for the owner or her sister to do my hair and yes sometimes they do charge you what they want, I washed my own hair and they still charged me full price, would have gave more stars if not for that....

They are the best. They greet you when you walk in and someone shampoos you hair right away. Then someone else blowdry and style your hair. There is never any waiting. Every time I go, I am completely satisfied.
