Dixie saved my afternoon. First my tire went flat, then my spare went flat. I was stranded at work a few miles away from Dixie, and several colleagues suggested I call them. Dixie was kind enough to send someone to pump my spare so that I could drive there and have them replace my shredded tire. Jason was very friendly and made me feel at ease while waiting for my tire to be replaced. I plan to return soon for help with other car issues.

This place is awful and has extremely incompetent employees. I refuse to call them mechanics, because they are far from that. I wouldnt recommend them to tie a shoe, let alone work on a car. They have had my parents car for over a week. They broke a spark plug, couldnt figure out how to get it put. They cracked the head, and claimed it as already cracked. They are dishonest and worthless. Stay far, far away from this place.
