Made an appointment on Tuesday for a Thursday morning repair. The car was left early in the morning for an A/C repair. Around 3 pm called to inquire about the status of the car and was told the tech was too busy to look at your car. Early next morning stopped by the shop to inquire about a time framed as to when i could expect the car back. The answer that I got from Rita was that priority is given to USPS vehicles.The other person at the front desk quickly responded by saying I dont know when it will be ready. I had good experiences with Ted And Rita in the past. I am sure that the new person at the desk has qualities but her skills at dealing with the customers are below mediocre
