I sent my girlfriend there to get my tire plugged because she offered and works in the area (with hesitation). First of all they opened the hood of my car. Right away she seen the game they were trying to pull and asked him what was he doing. He said he was trying to see what type of engine i had as if the four tires didnt give them enough info. Then when he went to plug it he saw it had fix-a-flat in it and said he couldnt do it. I know for a fact that you can plug a tire with that in it. They told her she needed a new tire. So she called me. In short... i got my tire plugged with fix-a-flat in it and for less than half of what they were going to charge her at dominion tire in waldorf for $15.

I dropped my vehicle off at 10:45 am and it just need a patch on the tire for a slow leak. Told me it would be a couple hours. I called at 3:30 they said my vehicle was next. I waited until 6:15 and called again and they still had not gotten to my vehicle. Very poor communication between the staff and service is extremely slow. Offered no incentive. And left my tire flat and when asked to put air in the tire the gentleman couldnt find the correct tool for 20 minutes. Needless to say I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on. Horrible service.

Dropped off a tire with a hole that needed to be plugged for my sons car at noon. They said a few hours it would be done. My son stopped by after he got off work at 6 PM and they had not gotten to it yet and said to come back at 7:30. He returned and they had just started to work on it. They charged him $40 and then said they could not put it on for him as they were closed at 800. This is the final straw with this group - they are rip offs.

Great service. Came towards the end of the day with a flat. Ran over to gym while they replaced both rear tires. Came back and found out they had some extra work and had to replace all four valve stems and tpms. They reduced the price of the tires to keep the original price they quoted me and gave me an extra warranty. Would definitely use them again.

This place is great. They are my go-to when there is something I cant do, for example torch out exhaust bolts that rounded off. They dont shy away from little odd jobs, something that I very much appreciate. Best part is, they dont gouge you on price to do them. Decent deals on tires as well.

Went here twice and major problems both times. Got a radiator flush, went back home, looked under hood and found radiator cap missing. Wasnt the only problems. One star only because they didnt have a place for No stars.
