Great service and very personable staff. I purchased (private party) a 99 SL500 Sport with a factory AMG styling package installed and had it inspected at a local state inspection station only to be told the rear rotors were beyond factory wear limits. I found that odd since the SL only had 49,766 miles on it. I called Rick for the factory specs on the rotors and he was more than willing to supply me with the necessary information. Armed with this new info I returned to the inspection station where they graciously reviewed the issue and found their error. Hats off to Rick, Family Auto Care AND the inspection station!

We took our BMW X5 to Family Auto for a coolant leak and they diagnosed the problem and repaired our vehicle in the same day! Erin met us at the front office and was very polite, caring and professional. She answered all of our questions and kept us posted on the progress of our repair. This was our second visit to Family Auto and we have been extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service, fast, expert repairs and good value. I would rate the service here better than the service we received from BMW when our vehicle was under warranty!
