Run, dont walk away from this place. Not only did the place open up an hour late. I watched the employees take care of personal business, taking breaks and eating instead of trying to hurry up and take care of the customers. Not pleased at all with this place and will not return. I scheduled an appointment at 7:30 am for an oil change and an inspection 5 days prior to my visit. I got to the shop a little early and waited....and waited....and waited. I tried to call their corporate headquarters customer service, but no one answered the 1-800 number that I called. I finally called another Meineke in Grafton to see if they could help. The person from the other Meineke called me back and said that the person with the key to the store was stuck in traffic and would be there any moment. I waited and waited. I forgot to add that the temperature outside was in the high 20s to low 30s. Finally someone showed up (he said he was a district manager) but he did not have a key. He said someone had called in sick and that a key was on the way, should be about 20 mins. So I waited and waited. Someone finally shows up and they open the store. I made my appointment early so I could get everything taken care of before work and in case something was wrong with the inspection, so I should have had plenty of time, but this was not the case. I did have to get my brakes fixed to pass the state inspection. I was promised it would only take 35 mins. I explained that I was going to be late for work, but I was at their mercy since I do not have very many days off. After waiting about 45 mins I look in the shop and see them standing around eating breakfast. The young lady working the front desk disappeared several time while I was there. Customers would come in and wait but finally leave because no one was there to help them. After all was said and done I was over 1 1/2 hours late for work because the store opened late and did not preform the repair in the promised time. I will never return to this store and will share my experience with.

I visited this Meineke for an oil change. I also asked if they could take it for a test drive to listen to how the gears shift as it had been a little jerky lately. Well after this test drive they told me that my car died 2 times during the drive and there was just all of these things wrong with it. My car has never died on me so I had a very hard time believing it died twice within a 5 minute car ride. They tried to get me to make a quick decision of spending $850 to fix my car with the added statement, "It might not even fix the car." They try to scare you into making poor decisions which lead you to spending a ton of money. They were the last people to do an oil change on my car and when I got it back then there were new problems that I heard. Now that I have gotten it back again, there are more new problems. I do not trust the people at this Meineke at all and honestly believe they have been doing things wrong with my car to try and make more money. Nobody, should give this Meineke their business, but particularly, if you are a woman who does not know much about cars, DO NOT go here. They will try and take advantage of you. Terrible place to do business.

Top notch service towards me. Been going there for years and my wife longer than that. The Lady manager Lisa is very friendly and knowledgeable and theres one mechanic named steve who is faithful as ive seen others come and go which says a lot about them, hopefully they will get some good help soon but theres coffee out, a restroom, and friendly assistance. You come with the right attitude youll leave the same way. Theyll get the job done. The reason for the four star is because I would really like to see other mechanics model the same ethic and morale that steve and lisa have modelled in a field where its very difficult to trust. They are a cut above the rest in a busy area. Stick with following the vets

When I arrived for my appointment for a state inspection, the counter person quickly announced that he did not do appointments for inspections. I informed him that the online site allowed it. He said that was not so and that it is plastered all over the Meineke site that appointments for inspections are not allowed. I have yet to find that info. he rudely told me I would have to wait 45 min.. I said I would come back. Again he rudely informed me that He could not hold a place for me. Meineke should hire people with better people skills.

I am so glad I came here! I was stressing out over another used car I purchased feeling like the dealer screwed me over. And the lady Lisa at the desk calmed my worries and stress when she told me the things I thought was wrong were ok. She is awesome!And they dont charge you an arm and a leg. This is the first time I went to a repair shop where I was treated like a value customer. THANK YOU GUYS!

Fantastic experience! I was able to call on a Wednesday afternoon and as soon as I arrived they were able to get my state inspection done. I have never, and I mean NEVER had an inspection done so fast in my life. Great customer service from Lisa and Steve, who were so nice and honest. Go here for any of your automotive services and repairs you wont be disappointed!

I took my vehicle to meineke, they ripped me off, had repairs done to my vehicle at another meineke which I did not agree to or agree to pay, my truck is worst than it was when i took it there, I was lied to, treated unfairly, was spoken to very nasty. Corporate will not help me and now the manager of the meineke is ignoring me and will not take my phone calls.

My mechanic of many years left the area recently, which made me in search of a new one. I received a coupon in the mail from Meineke for an oil change, and knowing I needed one, I decided to give them a try. Lisa at the desk was very friendly and helpful. It was an overall good experience. Thank you to the mechanic and Lisa for taking care of my car!

This place has never done wrong by me; once spending hours trying to find a gas tank for my old 96 jeep. That searched yielded nothing so another "fix" was done and that jeep went from VA to San Diego, back, and then down to NC. I have both of my vehicles maintained here and I have never had any problems. Talk with Lisa--shell do right by you.

I spoke to a receptionist who stated that Meineke would conduct a light diagnosis on the traction control light on my instrument cluster. When I arrived I was charged $49 before they even looked at my car. The result of the diagnosis was a referral to Ford. So now I am out $49 for a referral and $99 for Ford to run the same diagnosis.
