Ordered a part on Tuesday and the guy said it would arrive by Wednesday at noon. I called Wednesday at 3pm and it hadnt arrived yet. I called Thursday at 9am and it still hadnt arrived. I dont think they fully grasp the simple concept of ordering and delivering parts. Probably also why Jim is 45 years old and working in an auto parts store.
