Date of service--- 10/05/2016. There are so many wonderful things to say about this automotive service I really dont know where to begin. Ill start with the most important-HONEST mechanics. Nowadays they are so hard to come by-but Forest Hill Automotive ranks #1 in my book. HONEST MECHANICS. EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES(when I first went in I was expecting to have to drop $500 to $600 for the work my vehicle needed to pass inspection but only paid just over $300). FAST SERVICE. (my car needed about 2.5-3hrs worth of work done on it to pass inspection and it took about an hr to hr and a half!!) And when you have to wait on your vehicle to have the work done this is a huge plus. Speaking of waiting-Forest Hill Automotive literally has the CLEANEST WAITING RM/AREA that I have seen in the whole York County Area. Im not just talking about the nice couch, free coffee, or cable TV but its also the home like atmosphere(wall art, plants) and CLEANEST BATHROOM. The staff puts forth their 100% FINEST effort into every aspect of running a business. It shows. It was so nice to be able to use the restroom and not have to be afraid to sit on the seat or have to squat over the seat. The staff here is so FRIENDLY and easy to talk to. I could tell from minute one that this staff/ family run business really takes PRIDE in their WORK and APPEARANCE. This was my first experience with them and definitely not my last. They have scored another loyal customer for life. So there you have it, in a nut shell--HONEST MECHANICS, FAST SERVICE, EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES, CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT, AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE. Absolute honesty, and GREAT prices!!! I swear he replaced my suspension, fixed my check engine light, replaced my wiper blades, replaced a back-up light, and even welded something that was loose under the car all for what just the suspension job shouldve cost!

Ive been using them since I moved to Pennsylvania almost 4 years ago. Theyve been very honest, and super friendly. Their pricing is very reasonable and have even accommodated me with a rush job so I could have my vehicle for work.
