If i could rate 0 stars for this dealership i would, but unfortunately i have to rate 1. I left a previous review but got a call from general manager asking me to remove it as a trade to repair my truck correctly, which i did, but wow did they pull a fast one on me afterwards. These guys are worse than a used car salesman. The saying... how do you tell when a salesman is lying.. their lips are moving, is completley true. A word of caution to those who are deciding on purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, fair warning. The vehicle i purchased (ram 3500 dually) has been in for warranty repairs multiple times since purchased new, not including the 6 Recalls i had to bring it in for recently. My last straw was faulty turbocharger that is supposed to have 100k powertrain warranty. First time i brought it in all they wanted to do is typical band aid of reflashing pcm, charge me $100 (under warranty i might add) and said it was fixed. 15 minutes later my check engine light is on again and truck goes into limp mode once again. Now they will not honor 100k warranty, instead telling me i have to pay over 2k for parts and say truck needs extra services performed but i know they are trying to scam me since i recently had service performed with cummins. I am taking my truck out of there immediately and having warranty work performed by more honest people. If you do decide to buy a vehicle from dodge, do yourself a favor and use a different dealer and service department. Etown dodge will try to bleed you of as much money as they can with a smile on their face and find every loop hole they can to screw their customers over. This is my 100% honest review of my experiences with them.

I am way past satisfied with my purchase at Hondru. My salesman Bill Pearson and the Hondru team went way beyond anyone else I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. To start with, I made things difficult in the fact that I live in Alabama and purchased the jeep in Pennsylvania. When I came in I already had financing taken care of through a company I already had credit with. Bill not only found a lower rate for me, but also contacted the state of Alabama, Jefferson County and the city I live in. They made sure all the taxes due were handled ahead of time and informed me of what had to be done when I get back to Alabama. Bill took the time to explain all the details and showed me all the ins and outs on my new Wrangler. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in, which from reading other area dealers reviews, is not the norm. If you are looking for a car, truck, or suv, call Bill and I think you will not be disappointed. I will try to remember to come back in six months or so and let you know how well the service dept does.

I purchased a challenger from the dealership in 2010. The sales team was fantastic. I like the relax atmosphere. The whole buying experience was enjoyable and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them I cant say enough positive things about the service team at this dealership. They have been servicing my car for six years years and ive never had a negative experience. I live in harrisburg so a trip to the dealership is about 20 miles one way. its well worth it because i trust them. If i need a courtesy car they do their best to provide me with one. At this dealership you feel like youre part of the family. I strongly recommend giving this dealership a chance if youre in the market for a new car or need service work

Well my check engine light in my 2016 ram has been on for a month now, and this dealership doesnt have a single loaner in for me to use. I have called 2 times a week and I am now in my 4th week and the the red lighting Bolt has come on and the truck is on limp mode and the dealership has given me 0 solutions on my transportation, which is odd because I when I bought the truck, I also paid for the best extended service contract I could pay for so I wouldnt have this issue. My advice would be to not use this dealership for anything other than life and death situation.

I had a great buying experience from Hondru! My salesman was Matthew Souders; he wasnt pushy or obnoxious and he allowed me to take my time. He made the buying experience quite pleasant. I remember when I was trying to make up my mind, Matthew said, "You wont regret buying a Chrysler 300." He was right. Its been six months since my purchase and I love love love this car. The only way I know how to describe it is its so "robust" and drives and rides like a dream. I would definitely buy from Hondru again and would absolutely want my salesperson to be Matthew!!

The couple times we used their service department it wasnt the best experience. The last time they scheduled a recall repair without having the parts to do both recalls. We had rearrange our schedule, left work early, get a relative to pick us up after dropping the vehicle off, etc. and then they were not prepared to do the recall. They did go above and beyond to make it right by getting the part and coming to us to repair it which I was very appreciative of. That shows what they are willing to do for customer satisfaction.

I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Matt Souders - this was my second purchase from Matt at Hondru and this experience was just as good as the first. Matt is always timely in his responses to all of my questions and helped to make the entire process pain free. The Hondru service department is just as good as they performed all of the service on my Jeep prior to my Ram purchase and I plan to continue to have them do all service and maintenance on my Ram. Go to Hondru and ask for Matt - you wont regret it!

Terrible Service Attitude - I have been here twice for warranty work, and each time they had a million excuses why they couldnt do it. They ended up sending me to a different Chrysler dealer both times. I think they just dont want to help you out unless they are able to charge you for it. They seemed nice about it, but it was a complete waste of my time on each occasion. DO NOT go here if you need warranty work performed (they will not want to bother with you)

Matt Souders recently sold us a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we were impressed with the entire process from start to finish. We came to Matt with a list of wants for our next vehicle and he was thorough and timely in assisting with our search. After a few months of owning the Jeep, we couldnt be happier with our new vehicle. Great customer experience with my recent Jeep Wrangler Unlimited purchase. Billy Pearson provided the necessary expertise to guide us through the purchase and Jason Russell was very attentive to our needs. Its great when a sales manager doesnt just hand you off to a sales rep but stays connected through out the process. Would recommend Hondru highly!
