(Warning!) These people are Russians. Heres the story: I ordered 1 day prior specifically Pilkington brand auto glass. Called day of install and they (Russians) told me it was in and ready. I arrived checked again with (Russians) that glass was Pilkington brand. Again, Russians told me it was. After job was completed and paid for, I went outside to find that I was tricked/Lied to. Glass was Vitro brand out of Mexico. They assured me that Vitro and Pilkington was the same. Called Pilkington Distro Center in Lancaster, Pa. They told me that was not true. Then I called Baltimore Police on them. Just so police would know what happened. RedNeck (Russian) manager lied to Police too when they arrived. Dont go to them for anything. Horrible business. They are being reported to the BBB, Discover Card, Consumer Protection Maryland Attorney General, etc. The business name should changed to Clearview (Russian) RedNeck AutoGlass Trick Shop Howard Street Next to Jiff Lube. New Info: This people are Russians. They look stoic or like they are programmed. They installed Vitro (Made in Mexico) auto glass in my odyssey. Be careful.

Do not bring your vehicle here!!!!!!! I brought my vehicle here for repair for a complete windshield install. My vehicle is equipped with rain sensor the employee Matt damaged the rain sensor then lied about doing the damage. only after much persistence and questioning did he admit that he broke the rain sensor I have been back and forth to this establishment 5 times trying to get this problem fixed. The employees are unhelpful and unprofessional. There is no organization and the owner is a real treat! a big hillbilly with no professionalism experience or education. This place should be shut down They do not stand behind their work and I have filed a complaint with the BBB due to the poor customer service and obvious negligence. I vowed to tell everyone not to come to this place they may be cheap but you get what you pay for just remember that!!

Tech installed wrong glass. Called office,talk with owner who said he would send someone out the next morning to remove glass. Called the next morning April(awful,unprofessional) said she would cal me back to let me know what time they were coming to take glass. She never called back.I called back to ask when they would be coming she began to raise her voice finally she started screaming and ended up hanging up on me.By the way I have no receipt. I was told I would receive receipt and warranty by email.it is now 24 hours later I have no receipt and no has come to get the glass. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Had a great experience replacing my front windshield. Safelite price with insurance discount: $298. Clearview price: $217. Adam was great guiding and scheduling my appt over the phone. Suggested I bring it in instead of remote service so I can be assured a time slot and quickest way back to work. I was in and out (thanks to Gail) in a little over an hour. Had new windshield wipers ($30 for the pair) installed while there. All totaled cheaper than Safelite. Cant recommend these guys more!

Dont waste your time with Safelite. After they stood me up on my appointment 2 times I canceled it and called Clearview. They were out in just a few hours the same day and had me up and going again in no time. The installer was professional and knew what he was doing. I was shocked when they even cleaned all the fingerprints off my new windshield before they left. No one else ever did that when I had a windshield replaced. I cant thank them enough!!!! The price was right too!!!!!

Car got broken into last night. Called safelite this morning and they told me on a Saturday that earliest opening was Wednesday! Called Clearview and was told to bring car right on down. Not only did they fix my window same day in under an hour they were $90 cheaper than the quote Safelite gave me. I wish they had more signs so I knew this place existed sooner. Sidenote: car wash next door to it is way overpriced!

Best expierence I have ever had with any and all window repairs with all my vehichles. Very fast service, very professional and did an amazing job quickly, I still made it to work on time and they were very genuine about making sure I got there on time. Great Company!! The advertisement show that they do cracks in windshield but when I showed up in person because they didnt answer the phone they told me they only do chips and tried to tell me I have to replace it.
