Called for the first time only to be told that I would receive a call back the next day. So I waited for a few days, then called them again. When she picked up the phone this time, she actually got my information and looked at my resume. Afterwards she told me that she wanted me to speak with her boss and that she thought that there would be some job available for me based on my qualifications. She then said that she would have her boss call me back right after she got off the phone with another client and that if I did not hear from her by that afternoon, to call back. I waited until that afternoon and no call. So I call back and tell her who I am and that we just spoke this morning. She says that I probably wouldnt have gotten a call back until the next day, at least, and that they will call me back then. I told her before she tried to hang up that I had already called three times and had been waiting for days for a call back. She then interrupts what Im trying to tell her to ask for my info., then once she pulls up my resume says that they just cant help me based on my qualifications. I have a B.A. in Spanish with two years experience as a translator and a range of professional experience; I also have one of the most professional looking resumes theyve probably ever seen...and they cant help me find anything, really? Not at all impressed. When I expressed this to her in a polite way and said that other temp agencies had managed to find me something, she became very patronizing and curt. At that point, anything I said to her she just replied with, "Yes, the job market is tough these days." Will not go back to them unless they change whoever is answering the phone.

They are prejudice. They said they would call me back and never did. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told the person who is working on mt file is the manager. I was told she would call me and she never did. I called back asking for the owner and they hung up on me. They pick and choose who they want to help and its not by your experience. I was told I had great experience, a great resume which was my first visit during a interview and I never received a call back. Its amazing how they get away treating people as if they are not worth a darn. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALL BUSINESS. THEY LIE AND WORSE OF ALL THEY LIE TO THEIR CLIENTS. I WAS TOLD THEY CHANGE RESUMES, THEY CHANGE EXPERIENCE AND CUT IT DOWN TO LOOK LIKE A MEMO AND GIVE THEIR CLIENTS A MEMO LOOKING RESUME. ITS SAD HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE ITS NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR LIVELY HOOD ITS ABOUT THEM. SAD SAD SAD

I grew up refusing to be a statistic. So I went through school determined to graduate shortly after I graduated college in July 2008 with my A.A.S in Criminal Justice. I started putting in applications a semester before I graduated getting myself prepared for the "real world" only to find out that the economy was terrible....little did I know I would be blessed a few months later; August of 2008 I was hired to work with APR. Part-time but I cant complain APR has done everything in their power to make sure I continued to bring a check home and I truly feel blessed. Being a single mom with a degree and cant find work it begins to make you feel like a failure but the staff at APR has allowed me to keep my head above water. Its now August of 2010 and im still with APR the company that gave and gives me hope just when I feel Iike I have lost all hope. Thanks to all the staff at APR......

During the tough economic times of 2008-2009, the only way I managed NOT to become homeless was through APR. Pat Hoffman is a true professional. Even though I was struggling to make rent and everything, I was still somewhat picky. Pat was able to place me in an office job, which I kept for 9 months while I searched for other work. And while I struggled, APR came through for me with temporary employment that kept my head above water. As a recent college grad (2007), it took me 9 months in this recession to find adequate employment (Im still a temp employee, though). APR was always friendly and professional, especially Pat & Victoria.

I never wanted to have to use a staffing agency to find a job. I have always been a critic. That being said, the staff at advanced Personnel Resources is fantastic. From the first phone call to starting my new job they helped me along the way. The recruiter helped me prepare for my interview by sending me practice interview questions. She also called me right after the interview and when i started checked in to see how i liked my first week. I hope i never have to use a staffing agency again but if I do I will certainly use Advanced Personnel Resources.

I worked for them for 13 months and one day I was called and told that I was laid off my job, which they then fired me for something I never did. I tried to get unemployment, but they worked with the company I did work for through them, and they made me out to be the bad guy. When I received the call from the manager, she was rude, and was yelling at me when I asked her why I got laid off. She never told me that I was fired, just that they would no longer be able to represent me. I do not recommend working for this company. They are not professional.

Advance Personnel Resources worked with me to find a temporary job that fit my skill level and schedule. The entire staff was extremely professional and truly wanted to help me find the best fit possible. I walked into the interview feeling very prepared based on the support they provided and a few days later found out I landed the job. I am very happy in this assignment and highly recommend this company to anyone seeking employment.

I had an interview with Tiffany the leading recruiter. During the interview she displayed an extremely obvious bias attitude towards me. I would not recommend this company to people looking for equal opportunity in employment. company needs to put out a statement that they are bias towards certain individuals and stop wasting people time. or fire Tiffany

I have been working with Melissa N. since September. She has been so helpful in getting me back working again. She and all of the office staff have been very friendly. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a group of people that will do all that they can to not only get you a job, but get you a job in the field that best suits you.

Mechelle, Pat and Victoria have always bent over backwards to help me and answer any questions. They are the best company I have ever worked for as far as caring for their employees and trying to keep them working and matching jobs with skills. When people ask me which temp agency I recommend, I always say APR.

Ive known Pat Rudy for almost 20 years. Shes placed me myself a couple of times and sent me quite a few employees. Shes even come to my accounting classes--free of charge--and given job-search tips to my students. I recommend APR to all my friends and professional associates. There is no other agency for me.
