I had CertaPro repair and paint the exterior of my home and I am extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the work was very poor and the people were unreliable. There were multiple days when the carpenter did not show up, which caused the project to be delayed. I never saw anyone on-site whom I would regard as a supervisor. The original plan was to have CertaPro paint the interior also, but I terminated that agreement after the terrible experience we had with the exterior. The person we brought in to do the interior took a look at CertaPros work and has pointed out a multitude of things CertaPro did incorrectly, such as they did not properly seal the new boards that were put on the exterior and the paint is already blistering on the shutters just 2 months after CertaPro painted them. As more and more problems come to light, I am so frustrated with CertaPro, I am even contemplating legal action. My advice to others is to avoid CertaPro.

Had my entire interior painted in Fall. There were several bumps in the road, one of which bringing a different style paint than was in original contract -- they assured me it was "better" and more expensive than one I signed for. Well, now as the lighting changes in my house, I can see every single spot where I tested colors on my wall, even though they are identical or very close. Also, where you cant see except on a ladder, they did a sloppy job. . Not to mention paint splatter on just about every single thing close to walls; would definitely NOT recommend this company. My dad was a painter and he taught me a lot, I could have done a better job than half of this crew -- they had no idea what they were doing.

CertaPro Painters of Greensboro exceeded my expectations. Communication before, during and after the painting and staining of my house was excellent. The painting crew was very in tune with the little details that went into the overall project and end result. Its rewarding when friends and neighbors noticed the changes to the exterior of my house. They cant stop talking about how good it looks. I have already recommended them to friends.

Certapro pressure washed our exterior and painted our entire downstairs last month. I was impressed by the professionalism of both the sales team and the paint crew. They treated my house like it was their own, they kept me up-to-date on the progress of the project, and they walked through everything with me at the end to make sure I was happy. Id like to give a big THANK YOU to CertaPro of Greensboro. Every aspect has been top notch, from the sales (Elliot Cole) to the actual operation (Mike - Power Washer; Arturo - Carpenter; and Elias - Job Site Supervisor). We had our bathroom remodeled, an interior room repaired and repainted, as well as a power wash to the outside of our house. What a difference!!
