Pros: They completed the work we asked of them. They painted the interior walls, ceiling, trim, and doors of my house. They completed the work in the estimated time from the quote. They were flexible about coming back to touch up missed spots. The painting looks pretty good overall. I was not perfect, but of acceptable quality. The cost was reasonable and accurately reflected the quality of the work. Cons: They showed up a few hours late on the first day totally unprepared. No tooling, no paint, and not ready to start painting. This means that had they been prepared, they could have finished a day earlier. I was frustrated with this, but maybe I am nitpicking. I had to repeatedly request them to fix the issues after the initial painting was completed. This was because of a dispute over ownership of an issue created by the painting. You can decide who is right and wrong. I asked them to paint interior doors and trim. After painting the doors and trim, many of the doors would not close. To me, this seemed like an issue they should correct since I paid them to work on my door. My expectation was a working door at the end of the process. I thought this was fair and they disagreed. They asked for $180 to fix the doors, and I refused to pay extra. They completed the work at the quoted price but still disagreed that this was their responsibility. Summary: I am not planning to go back to this company for future work. However, I will say if you are looking for middle of the road painting service at a reasonable price, they arent the easiest people to work with, but I am sure you could end up with a lot worse. I would have given them 2.5 stars out of 5, but that wasnt an option and 3 stars felt too high.

Did exactly what they wanted me to do... make an appointment for an estimate via their web site. I told them that I would only be in town for one day and scheduled and received confirmation a week before. They were a NO-SHOW. No phone call... No email... No text.... I sent them an email the next day thinking they would want to know that their representative did not show. But I didnt need to do that because they knew. They sent me a reply about the rain, they got backed-up, they had me on their schedule and they were sorry. I guess they have more work than they can handle that they couldnt even make a phone call. I would not work with a company that shows this much disrespect for a prospective client.

This company was responsive to my initial inquiry. They started the job on time. They were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond the call of duty when we needed help removing a sign. They are hard working people, using the latest equipment so the job was done quickly and efficiently. Their prices were excellent and their work ethic was impressive. I plan to use them again. The building they painted was Relish, Inc. at 12th and Chelsea. Drive by and see for yourself!

I contacted Awesome Painting after two recommendations. The man was friendly and prompt with his estimate, and was going to fax it to my office. After waiting two weeks and three calls, I was informed that they were not able to take the job because they were too busy with other contracts. If I hadnt contacted them, Id still be waiting. Dont bother calling them if your job is too small (which mine wasnt). Plenty of other painters in the Erie area. Very disappointed.

I quoted three other companies to paint the interior of my home and they came in almost $600 below. Not to mention, others quotes 3-5 days of work, Awesome Painting & Services were there only two days. I have recommended them to family and friends and hands down I will be working with them again!

This company is professional and has performed beautiful work on my house. I have hired them multiple times. They are very capable, from painting the exterior, to fixing crumbling cement exterior, and finally replacing a corner of the house that was rotten and water damaged. Everything was done with a high degree of craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company for any indoor or outdoor painting or home exterior repairs.
