Anthony the owner and Omar one of his foreman are very professional. We just recently purchased a foreclosure that needed an enormous amount of work. We are new to South Florida and living in an HOA community. Our budget was real tight and we were not sure if we could afford to have the exterior of our house painted. The HOA threatened to fine us if we did not have it done quickly. Anthony cane out and gave us a very reasonable price.He told us not to worry about a deposit and we could pay him as late as two weeks after they were done and we were completely happy. To us it seemed like a no brainer. Anthony provided all his proper licenses and insurances and made our HOA nightmare go nice and smooth. Since ARC Painting had already painted several houses in our community he had a great relationship with the HOA office. i highly recommend ARC Painting to anyone looking for a very professional company. My husband is one of the most difficult people in the world to please and he was completely thrilled with the excellent job done. We now have to get our roof pressured cleaned and Anthony kindly referred us to a fried of his and we got our entire roof cleaned for only 125.00

I own a martial arts school and the interior painting was very poor. There were lots of stains on the walls from the sweat . I met the owner and they guaranteed me that they would be able to prime over all the stains and apply a new coat of paint and eliminate the odors. They did a fantastic job and saved me a lot of money.They did not try and upsell my like the last two companies I called and their price was very reasonable.
