Dayan / Borges Construction Co was recommended to us by our Realtor for a condo renovation project (turned one bedroom into two, added plumbing fixtures to a powder room, tiled the foyer and powder room and repaired existing tile in the kitchen + several small repairs that were needed. We have worked with several construction companies and handy men over the years, and no one else has come close to the quality we experienced working with Dayan and his crew. From the beginning Dayan set expectations and was very detailed with the estimate. He was also very responsive by phone, text or email. Dayan was very patient as changes were made along the way. They did a great job at a fair price. We then had Dayans company handle a few minor projects in our home. Once again we couldnt have been more pleased. We will always call Dayan for any future projects. He can handle anything!

We knew Dayans work from a previous bathroom construction. This time we asked him to do a complete kitchen re-do, create one large space from a kitchen and dining room. Three rooms were involved including two sets of stairs and a foyer. New paint, floors, ceilings, countertops, trim work. . The quality was exceptional! Dayan and Christopher are both detail-oriented, and it shows in the final product. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I asked for a detailed estimate and got it down to the smallest item. Outstanding work - I will use them again!

Dayan and his team at Borges Construction are great. He gave me a very detailed estimate, explained how the work would be done, and gave me a realistic timeline. As another reviewer stated, Dayan was great at communicating throughout the entire project. Im really happy with the work (removal of top 6" of a peninsula, drywall patching, and installation of a sink and tile backsplash). My kitchen looks beautiful. Ill call them for my next project for sure!

Dayan helped save the day for us last year when our staircase railing came apart (another story - bad contractor who tried to replace the ballisters in our railing with iron). He came out right away, fixed the railing, and now it looks and feels secure. Dayan will surely get more calls from us as we continue to work on updating and renovating our home.
