We were extremely pleased with the driveway paving that Cardwell did for us! We had an extreme makeover from 21 years of gravel (with more than a little plant growth up through it) to pavement. We were interested in having some of the water drain to nearby ground and we did not want to have pesticides used on the project. They accommodated our wish list beautifully! They estimated a half day for prep and a full day for paving, and thats what happened. And the price turned out to be less than the original quote. We were very impressed with their knowledge, promptness, and communication and most importantly, the quality of their work. They anticipated weather problems and kept us totally informed on their plans as weather caused some needed rescheduling. We highly recommend them!

Cost really didn’t figure in as long as everything else met our expectations. We knew what we wanted. Kim in the office kept us abreast of all the key factors; costs, schedules and updates. Rick and the Cardwell asphalt crew along with Gary the concrete contractor met or exceeded our expectations on every level. The asphalt crew worked in 95 degree heat for 8 straight hours. They finished, and the job is superb! Gary T. and his helper did an outstanding job on our brick steps. He is meticulous and it shows. They look great and are better than they were originally. WOW!
