Shady business; Christopher Companies LLC has a single house on Market addressed 1604 Colonial way Mclean VA that was listed on MLS as fee simple and no HOA. After agreeing on the price they said that it is part of Morgan at Mclean condominium (that they had built 2 or 3 years ago). The HOA was $260 first later $ 200 and then $100 they wanted to subsidize $160 and after 2 years we will be responsible for the condo fee on the single house afterward. I think, This is a shady business to advertise the house as fee simple and no Home owner association and fter price agreement say oh by the way there is a condo fee. After telling the this is not the way to do honest business the correct the MLS listing.
