Recommended by our insurance co. They did an excellent job matching siding damaged by a January thaw. When we found shingles blowing in high winds, they came out to help on an emergency basis way after hours. Went to them when we had to have some work done in our kitchen that was also covered by insurance. When we had a problem with our power and RG&E told us we should replace our power box to avoid a fire, they were there within hours to check the situation out and see what they needed to fix the problem. They were there the next day to start the work.

So disappointing that after several phone calls and their reassurance that someone would come out to correct the problem that we still have not had things taken care of. This has been dragging on for months. Sorry, but we will not recommend this company to anyone.

I went to families house and saw that the ceiling fell down and when I was told that patriot construction did the work and this was the SECOND TIME. I can not express my anger and frustration and disappointment. I would never recommend them.
