Book with Chad Biggs NOW. The attention to detail that Chad provides is unparalleled and his team makes the entire process so much fun. At the last minute we needed to determine if we would move our ceremony inside. Chad came up with all kinds of extras to the point that I was left wondering why that wasnt our plan all along when I walked down the aisle. Though they would all be moved post ceremony, Chad measured the distance between all of the tables to be sure it was all perfect. Every floating candle was in the exact same level of water. He notices EVERYTHING. When someone kicked over a floating candle, Chad was on his hands and knees wiping up every drop to be sure no one would slip. That happened just prior to the processional beginning and we heard from so many guests what a pro he was at fixing it and making the crowd laugh while they waited. At most weddings, as the night goes on there are discarded drinks all over the room but being that we were at one of Chads venues, his team makes sure that the staff picks up the empty glasses as the night unfolds, everything always looked perfect. Every person that works with Chad is extremely helpful, very kind, tons of fun and excellent at what they do. This team will anticipate your every thought and need. I truly cannot say enough about the day-of coordination provided to us by Chad Biggs Event Planning and Design, they went above and beyond at every step. If you do not book Chads team, its a huge mistake.

Chad Biggs and his team are so amazing at what they do, youd almost be doing yourself a disservice to book with anyone else. That is not hyperbole. From the very first moment my wife and I met Chad, we knew we were dealing with next-level wedding planning. He kept in close contact with us every step of the way, with us rarely (if ever) hearing, "No, we cant do that." His main goal and desire is to facilitate YOUR perfect day, not his. My wife and her mother are extreme planners in every sense, and Chad was able to keep up with them and bring their stress levels down to a minimum. He met with us countless times, and never rushed our meetings or downplayed our concerns. And that is just referencing pre-wedding day planning. Day-of operations? Smooth. As. Silk. My wife and I never had to get anyone in line or remind them of their positions - Chad and his team handled it all. With an hour left at the reception, I was alerted to the fact our driver and the getaway car wouldnt be available. What did Chad do? HE DROVE US AWAY IN HIS CAR. Are you serious?!? Thats going above and beyond his duties as a wedding planner, but that example epitomizes the service and dedication youll get from him and his team. Were so blessed and thankful for everything he did for us, almost to the point we wish we could relive the experience just to work with him again. Thank you, Chad. Youre an angel (and you dress well too).

Chad Biggs and his team have all of the expertise necessary to put together a spectacular ceremony and reception while allowing you to enjoy every second of the big day. While planning all of the details for our event, we felt like part of a team where all of our thoughts and interests were heard and things were completed VERY efficiently. Chad has the flexibility to allow whatever level of involvement you desire, and in our case we worked alongside him and used his expertise to create our vision for the wedding. Chad Biggs allowed each part of the planning, engagement and our wedding day to be the most relaxing and stress free process. He worked through all of our ups and downs with poise, grace, kindness and understanding. He consistently supported our needs and understood each of our anxieties, regardless of how ridiculous they may have been! Chad was our "day of" planner, but he exceeded each and every expectation of what you would consider required for that role. He was a beyond wonderful help to my family throughout our engagement and communicated consistently with all of our vendors. Chad helped us work through each portion of the planning process as we changed vendors, negotiated terms and worked with our schedules. Chad and his team allowed our wedding day to run so smoothly and he handled minor hiccups quickly and without alarm. He and his team are without a doubt the absolute best in the business and our wedding day would not have been as happy and calm without him! We had the MOST beautiful wedding and reception. Absolutely perfect from beginning to end! We worked with Steph throughout the planning and preparation of our wedding on 2/25/17. She was fun to work with, understanding, and extremely professional. She gave expert advice without pushing us towards anything we didnt want and helped us find ways to stay within our budget. We had to change our wedding date forward 4 months and Steph worked with us and the other vendors to set up everything on a condensed timeline. She helped us coordinate with all of the other vendors, make last minute decisions, and organize everything to make our wedding everything we had ever dreamed of. On the day of the wedding, Steph and Chad were both there to ensure everything went smoothly. There was not a single complaint and our guests are still raving over the venue, design, and level of service we received.
