Priscilla and her team are real life fairy godmothers in action!! There is no doubt that they were made for this job! Priscilla was so unbelievable helpful in the wedding planning process. I met with her very early on the process of planning my wedding and she not only totally got my vision but she helped me make it even better than I ever could have imagined. She more than paid for herself with her vendor recommendations that she gave us and every single vendor that we hired went above and beyond, I have no doubt that Priscilla is to thank for that. Once the wedding weekend rolled around, Priscilla and her team were able to help me with any task big or small that came up and were available to anyone in our wedding party at the drop of a hat. Being a very type A planner person myself, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to give up complete control the entire wedding day of but I knew that Priscilla had everything handled. Not once during my wedding day did I worry about the venue, any vendors, or timeline- Priscilla had planned perfectly, she was already 2 steps ahead of me whenever I needed anything; that alone was PRICELESS!! When I first walked into the reception area I was literally blown away! Priscilla and her team made everything I had been dreaming of come to life! I got compliments all night long! I cant recommend Orangerie Events enough! They are the best investment you can make in your wedding!!!

We contacted Priscilla Owner of Orangerie Events almost immediately when our daughter and her fiancée announced their engagement last year. We researched and interviewed a number of wedding coordinators but Priscilla stood out strongly with her comfortable way of making you feel at ease about wedding planning and the process. We used her services for the rehearsal and dinner as well as the entire wedding day. Priscilla and her team did an outstanding work for us! The décor turned out even better than what we had envisioned. They were able to take all the decorating items we brought or made for the rustic wedding at Snipes Farm Retreat venue and they place them so creatively around the venue both inside and out. The bride and groom were so delighted! Priscilla and team removed so much stress from the rehearsal and wedding day we can’t thank them enough! She is extremely efficient at what she does and made the entire wedding move seamlessly. We had many, many compliments from the guests on how great the wedding went for all 150 guests. We made sure they knew it was Priscilla and team who made it run so smoothly and made the day such a pleasure for all of us! We highly recommend Orangerie Events for coordinating any event.

I am a true "J" on the Myers-Briggs, i.e. very organized, highly detailed, and rather obsessive about planning. From one organized woman to another, I cant say enough about how wonderful Priscilla Erwin is!!! We were married at The Matthews House in Cary on June 11, 2011! A last minute decision was made to move the ceremony indoors from the lawn to the ballroom due to the sweltering heat. Though the staff assured me that it would be no problem and that this sort of thing has happened before, but they were rather disorganized and didnt quite have things together on the day of the wedding. If it werent for Priscilla stepping in, giving staff direction, and making sure every plan of mine was in place, then it would have been a nightmare! She was there to coordinate with the DJ, the venue staff, the florist, the cake maker, the servers, etc. In addition to coordinating the move of the ceremony indoors, she made sure that the ballroom was flipped and cleaned appropriate from the ceremony to the reception. Priscilla is thorough, detailed, professional, personal, and caring wedding planner/coordinator and I wouldnt recommend anyone else more highly or with more confidence!

Some good friends of mine had worked with Priscilla throughout the past couple of years, and after hearing them rave about her I was worried she sounded too good to be true. I purchased the "Little More Zest" package, and Priscilla went well above and beyond my expectations. As far as wedding design, I had an idea of what I wanted but no idea how to execute it. I told Priscilla I would trust her completely, and it could not have been more beautiful. She had made my vision a reality down to every last detail. She worked within my budget and checked in with me every step of the way. While initially, that was the part of the package I thought I needed the most, I realize now how much I underestimated the day-of coordination as well. I had the most relaxing, wonderful day and did not worry about a thing all day long. She made my parents feel like they could sit back and enjoy the day as well. I cant imagine how I would have felt if I didnt have her handling every little detail. She is so professional, passionate, and clearly doing what she was born to do. I would recommend Priscilla and her team to anyone- having a care-free (and picture-perfect!) wedding day was priceless.

Orangerie Events helped our big day run smoothly by providing us with their wedding coordination services. We are located in Charlotte, NC and got married on Lake Wylie in Clover, SC. We got their "Just a Taste" package because after all the hectic planning months I wanted to be able to relax and just enjoy our wedding day. I got to do exactly that. I worked with Priscilla Erwin, owner operator, before the wedding to make sure she had a copy of the plan, the contingency plan for rain, and a schedule of events. She came out and saw the venue and asked questions and just made sure she took care of us. On the weekend of the event Meredith stepped in handled event coordination for us and the transition was absolutely seamless. The rehearsal dinner the night before and the wedding and reception went completely flawlessly. Im not saying there werent a few small hiccups, but Meredith handled everything beautifully. She kept the mood light, managed all the event transitions, and I didnt have a care in the world from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of Orangerie Events’ wedding coordination services for your special day.

We hired this wedding planner and were impressed to begin with. We had a very important meeting with the wedding venue, DJ, floral staff, cake designer, and this wedding planner 3 months before our wedding. She confirmed our meeting via email advising she would be there. Priscilla did not only not show up, but she never contacted us to let us know she would not be able to make like professionals should do. Further more we had to contact Priscilla a week or so later to determine why she did not attend or contact us. We attempted to contact her multiple times prior to speaking with her. Messages were left on her voicemail and emails were sent. To sum it all up we terminated Priscilla from continuing to assist in planning our wedding, and she refunded our money. I have seen several outstanding reviews about Priscilla and Orangerie Events. I hope this is a one time deal for this wedding planner. This situation put my wife and I under a lot of unwanted stress just before our wedding. I would not recommend Orangerie Events to anyone due to the unprofessionalism shown to us by Priscilla.
